You’ll find many of your favorite products on the new buybuy Baby website as it launches. And we will be adding more of the brands you expect from buybuy Baby every day. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to hear about new products.

All sales are final for purchases made prior to August 1, 2023 under the previous buybuy BABY ownership. These purchases are no longer eligible for return.

You can view our most current Terms and Condition on our website here. These Terms and Conditions will apply to all orders that will be placed through the new buybuy Baby website. This will include warranty and return policies that are specific to certain types of products.

We are not able to honor coupons that were issued and unused under previous buybuy BABY ownership.

We are not offering a buybuy BABY loyalty program at this time, but have plans to offer one in the near future.

Yes! We've updated our website account login to create an enhanced digital experience for our customers.

Access your Baby and Gift Registries

• Your registry is now more accessible than ever! Simply navigate to https://buybuybaby.myregistry.com/ to view and manage your Registry items.

You can activate your new account with these easy steps:

1. Visit www.buybuybaby.com
2. Hit the "login" icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
3. If you are a new customer, click the "Create account" selection. If you are an existing customer, click the "Forgot your password?" selection.
4. Create a new password.
5. You are all set! Happy Shopping!

We are not able to honor gift cards that were issued and unused prior to August 1, 2023. Gift card balances from preexisting digital and physical gift cards expired under previous buybuy Baby ownership.

You can create a universal registry here to add products from our new buybuy BABY website.

Unfortunately, we do not have any previous registry account information available. If you had previously linked your registry to MyRegistry.com, we may be able to locate the list of items.  

If your previous registry was not linked to MyRegistry.com, we will not be able to locate it. However, we are here to help you create a new list and can find the same or comparable items on the new buybuy BABY website. 

Yes! You can create a universal registry here to add products from our new buybuy BABY website or in-store at an of our buybuy BABY locations.

To access registry on browser, simply click here.

Or you can download the MyRegistry app and sign in with your buybuy BABY username and password.  

You can add items to your registry online by clicking the "Add to Registry" button on the product page, or scan products in our stores using the MyRegistry app.

You can create the following types of registries: Baby Registry, Birthday Registry, Gift List.

Yes! Once you have created your registry, you can go into your settings and unclick the Search options boxes until you are ready to have it searchable on our site/ or search engines.

We have several effortless ways to share your registry and gift list with family and friends, including a customized URL, social media, eCards, printable announcements, and embedding on your personal website.

There is a 15% Completion discount for baby registries that have at least one item on the list and have purchases of $100 or more off their registry.  

It is a one-time use code good for anything on the registry, either in-store or online, excluding gift cards.

The promo code will be sent via email 8 weeks (about 2 months) before the expected due date. The promo code is good for one year from the issue date and can only be used on baby registries.

If your baby registry was created less than 8 weeks before the due date, please reach out to: reachus@buybuybaby.com, once your registry has $100 purchased. 

Items purchased from a Baby Registry that are new and unopened may be returned for a gift card within 365 days of purchase. For opened items, the standard return policy applies.
