SecondHandStokes.8 years agoDue to problems breastfeeding, I am exclusively pumping. Until today, I was using the Medela hands-free bra with the holes in the front. First of all, I had to put it on and take it off every time I pumped (8 times a day). It would not be comfortable to keep on all the time, and even rubbed my nipples the wrong way as I was getting it on. Also, you can't fit the flanges through the front, you would have to weave them through the inside, again hitting and hurting your nipples. I just received the Lansinoh bra and am obsessed with it! It adjusts to any size, lets you choose to zip up or down, and doesn't have gaping holes in the front, allowing me to keep it on all the time. (It might not look right under certain tops if you're are heading out though, but for when you are home with a baby all day, it is perfect!) The fabric that covers the nipples is nice and soft (though I am using nursing pads for leaking). And you can easily slide the flanges in through the front! There is a vertical slit on the outside and then another layer of fabric with a horizontal slit so the flanges stay in place and can easily be adjusted. If you are on the fence, buy this! This is coming from a very picky person too :-)

Perfect pumping Bra
I have 2 of these pumping bras that I use daily. They work very well for me. Easy on and off and they hold up well as I use mine multiple times a day. I am a 36G and purchased the XL size.
Great for hands free
I am a 36 DD and so far this bra has been a life saver for pumping. Would i wear it for a regular bra..no but to make pumping hands free its wonderful and improved my output!

This bra is a life saver! The ones in the stores are way to small. I naturally gad large breasts and now being a breastfeeding mom they are even larger. The ones in the stores didn't fit me.

I bought this since it had slightly better reviews than the Medela brand. I’m 36G and my breasts are not fully covered top to bottom by this, but at least it holds the pumping flanges so I can be hands-free. I do frequently adjust nipple placement

I wish someone would have told me about this bra before I gave birth! My pumping output improved with use of this bra.

I am usually a 34/38 C before becoming a mom. I got the first size and fits great! Wonderful support without the straps (do have to pull it up every now and then if you do a lot of bending or rolling around in your sleep but nothing terrible). Add the straps and it's the most supportive bra I've ever had! It holds the pump parts perfectly and I can get SO much done while pumping!! Some draw back are that it isn't the most comfortable, it's very itchy in quite a few places. Where the strap hooks are a super itchy, when my breasts are engorged the bottom folds underneath my breasts, if you don't line the velcro up EXACTLY it itches so bad and is super uncomfortable, and if you don't wear nursing pads your nipples poke through the flaps in the cups. With all that said, it was worth it. I was struggling really bad with taking care of my newborn and trying to pump while my husband was at work. This saved my sanity. I wish it was cheaper because I almost didn't buy it because of the price. But it was worth it to not break down multiple times a day from being overwhelmed.

Love it!! Perfect fit.
Perfect for me! I have very large breasts which are even bigger while breast-feeding! This comes with an adjustable Velcro band which gives it the perfect fit and large enough cup size to fit me as well. Has made pumping so much easier to have my hands free. Would purchase again.

This bra is truly a game changer when it comes to pumping. This makes it so much easier to pump because you are able to get more done with your hands free! I am Large chested (38DD-DDD) and was worried about ordering the XS-L, but the fit is great. I have a Spectra S2 pump and the flanges fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

Why didn't I get this sooner . I love the pumping bra I can be hands free it fits perfectly and I can just zip it over top of whatever nursing bra I'm wearing it great especially since I went back to work.

I found it hard to take bottles in and out of the openings on this bra. It also didn't hold bottles up that well when they got more than half full so it would pull the bottle down and the flange suction would be lost while pumping which was frustrating. Overall, just an okay product for me. I switched to using the Bravado bra that clips into a nursing bra and that's been an improvement as it's easier to get the bottles in and out and holds them more securely while I pump.
Exactly what I was looking for
I’ve struggled to find bras that fit correctly or at all and was skeptical that I’d find a pumping bra, but this is perfect. I’m a 38 I/J (in between somewhere) - there was room to spare for larger sizes. Adjusts with Velcro and has an optional strap if you need it. I am a SAHM so pretty much pump just at home.
Damaged
Order twice. The packages came extremely damaged. Highly disappointed.
