SaraArte.2 years agoI love this stroller. It folds easily and is very compact which is what I was going for. The fabric is very nice, my only wish is that you can throw it in the washer but it says spot clean only with damp cloth. The top of the sun shade cover could be a bit higher up bc my toddler looks like a giant in it but overall once it’s over her head it doesn’t look so bad. Lots of storage underneath and it also has an expanding zipper to make it easier to get to your things or pack more inside. I also love that the system came with a bonus free car seat base now we don’t need to get an extra one. Overall I’m super happy and can’t wait til our little one is here in November so we can test out how it is with the two.

Nice Infant set but not complete
Stephanie.2 years agoI was very frustrated that despite what I read in the Q&A from the Baby Jogger team there were no attachments to put the carseat on the stroller. It claims to be an infant essentials bundle but yet has no way of attaching the carseat to the stroller?! It would have been nice to know that ahead of time but I relied on the responses from the Baby Jogger team since the reviews were inconsistent regarding the carseat adapters. This is a nice set and I do like it but know that you will be spending another $100 for adapters; the carseat to stroller adapters that aren’t included and for the 2nd seat adapters that are also not included.

Stroller
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The city select 2 eco collection infant essentials bundle is a really great Bundle to have. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has an infant or is pregnant. I really want to thank the stellar panel for giving me this bundle to test and review. There are a lot of things I like about this bundle but I love the car seat. The car seat looks so comfortable there is so much cushion when my son is in the car seat he doesn't fuss like he'd did when he was in our other one we had before this one. Having two bases for the car seat is a life saver and a time saver cause I can have one in each vehicle and not have to worry about changing the base from one car to the next. The stroller folds up more compact than our other one did. The only thing I was not able to test was the duel stroller feature but the bundle did not come with the attachment to test that feature but it did come with the attachment to use the infant car seat with the stroller. I like the fact that the stroller will grow with my son. I like that the stroller handle extends out with the push of a button. Attaching the car seat to the stroller at first was difficult but once I got used to it it was a lot easier to attach. I like the parent console because there's more room with a closable compartment and the cup holder actually holds a cup, drink or whatever I put in it. The extra compartment under the stroller is great as well especially when going to the store I don't have to worry about having a shopping cart as much. It's hard to point out all the features that this bundle offers but it's definitely something I can use while my son grows up and in the future if i decide to have any more children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product to try as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel. This travel system not only has all the pieces you'll need on day one, it grows with your child. Components include: a) Stroller, b) Infant Car Seat, c) Two Car Seat Bases, d) Belly Bar for Stroller, and e) Parent Console for Stroller. The system came in an enormous box, safely packaged with each component well labelled. Overall the materials feel durable, if on the heavier side. Stroller assembly was intuitive, and I liked that the tires didn't require pumping. Attaching the car seat into the stroller required two adapters (included) which took a few attempts on account of the right/left labeling being flipped depending on whether one installs from the front or back. One suggestion I'd have for the company is to design away the need for adapters, since they also make the seat feel less securely held in the stroller. The stroller rolls smoothly and has good maneuverability in tight areas. Finding the front wheel lock mechanism wasn't as intuitive as I would have hoped. I found the stroller's handle adjustment to work well pulling out, but was not as fluid when pushed in, perhaps due to too much sideways flex in the arms that the extension telescopes into. I appreciated the seat cover snapping off for an easy wash. Being able to convert the stroller from a one-seat to two-seater is great optionality for growing families. The stroller has a detachable sun protector, which I didn't quite understand since it's hard for me to foresee a use case when I wouldn't want it in place. Stroller collapse mechanism is intuitive for the experienced, and the perfectly-placed "FOLD" labeling helps the new uncles out there operate smoothly on the playground. In folded position, the stroller is compact and easily fit into the trunk of my sedan. Despite having areas of improvement, I think this is a high-utility product and great for newly growing families.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stroller Let me just start with this stroller is a must have! Especially for growing families!! I have a 4 year old and 5 month old so my hands are usually full. This stroller makes everything so much easier, from the push of the stroller to popping in the infant seat. The infant car seat is so simple to pop in once you have the attachments, it’s just as easy as putting the infant car seat into the car seat base. The bundle comes with two bases, an infant car seat and the stroller! The box was pretty heavy when it was delivered, so if your expecting I suggest waiting for your partner before you drag the box into the house. The packaging was great though, everything was packed so safely and tight inside the big box. The stroller was pretty easy to put together, the hardest part was trying to figure out the belly bar! I personally like being able to read the directions while looking at the pictures, the directions that came with it only had pictures of each step and the instructions were located at the very back of the booklet but it was numbered so you could flip back and forth. I’ve taken the stroller through a trail, out to the ball field, and around the neighborhood. It pushes very smooth, going over tree roots and curbs with ease. There is also plenty of storage room under the seat/car seat, definitely more then the average stroller. After doing some of my own research, i have discovered that you can buy more attachments for the stroller. Like a 2nd seat to make it into a double stroller while still being the same size as a single stroller. You can also buy a glider for your oldest baby, and a food tray for the seats! Now on to the infant car seat that came with the bundle, It’s heavy! After having my 5 month old, I’ve been having carpel tunnel, and lugging the infant car seat into daycare has been a struggle. It’s very bulky, awkward to hold, and there is no good way to grip the car seat, even when wrapping your arm around the handle to even out the weight. If you don’t plan on toting the car seat around a lot this bundle is amazing! I highly recommend to any growing family to invest in the city select 2 eco collection essentials bundle. The stroller and infant car seat will last us years to come. I wish I had this when my first was born, it would of saved me the expense of getting a stroller for him then a double stroller later on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I was given this travel system to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.] My only major criticism of the Baby Jogger City Select 2 stroller is that it does not come with the second seat mount/seat. One of the major selling points is that it can be converted into a double stroller, so the secondary seat kit being sold separately at a hefty price was very disappointing to me. Also the second seat kit is often out of stock so keep that in mind too. Other than that I only have great things to say about the City Select 2 infant essentials bundle. I love how stylish it is and gives off a very luxurious feel. I love how smooth and easy it is to maneuver the stroller while I’m walking in the city. The stroller has a big storage space underneath which is always appreciated. Folding and unfolding the stroller is super easy compared to other strollers I’ve used. There are so many modes you can use this stroller pertaining to your needs. I also like that the handle bar can be elongated for taller people. It’s very convenient that the bundle comes with 2 carseat bases in case of any scenario where you might not have access to one of them. If you want to splurge on a travel system that can grow with your family then I would definitely recommend the Baby Jogger City Select 2 Eco Collection Infant Essentials bundle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When making a big purchase, one of the most important things to me is considering how long the item will be useful for, the longer the better! If you’re similar, this stroller is for you! What I love about it: - It grows with your family, that means a one time purchase. From taking baby home in the car seat and easily clipping into the stroller for quick trips and walks to potentially carrying three children in one stroller (with added seat and glider board) you won’t have to make another stroller purchase again. Car seat- Great neck support and lightweight. The base has an extra safety bar and built in levels to make sure the seat is installed correctly. It’s also easy to click the seat into the base. Plus, this bundle comes with two bases so you can keep one in each car or send one to grandma’s house. The car seat easily clicks into the stroller with included adapters. It was a little tricky to figure out how to remove the car seat from the stroller, but after doing it a few times you get the hang of it. The Stroller: -very sturdy and glides well. My neighborhood has lots of uneven places in the sidewalk due to tree roots and the wheels went over them with no trouble. My baby seemed happy and well supported in the seat. It also has a adjustable foot rest and the seat can be pivoted to different angles. The wheels are threaded so it can tackle multiple terrains. The handle bar can also extend and in general is a bit long so is great for taller parents as well. The included parent console is also very handy and can easily fit all your essentials, plus an insulated cup holder. There is a ton of storage in the stroller basket and it unzips and extends to even hold more gear! Things that weren’t as great -The stroller canopy is a little short, I wish it extended longer. -The frame while not heavy, is not super lightweight. This was tricky for me because I live in a building with many stairs and no elevator. -The fabric of the seat is soft and breathable, but seems to easily catch lent. Overall I think this a perfect one purchase bundle! Thank you so much Stellar Testing Panel for allowing me to test this stroller, we love it!

I received the travel system through stellar product testing panel, and it came with the base, car seat, and stroller that my two year old and my six month in fit perfectly. I don’t think I can pick just one favorite feature, it truly is a diamond in the mine. I love the sun shades, they actually shade my little ones. I love the sleek grab bar in front of them, the car seat is sleek and modern. You can use the car seat without the base as well but I love the base and the safety features of the entire travel system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stellar Product Testing Panel Review sent me the City Select 2 Eco Collection Infant Essentials Bundle from Baby Jogger. As parents of a 5 month old, the City Select Travel System offers great flexibility right out of the box. With the purchase of lower adapters, we were able to easily convert the single stroller into a double stroller by utilizing the included carseat for our infant and stroller seat for our friends toddler. The stroller seat has many features that we found to be both useful and aesthetically pleasing. The seat can be used in multiple configurations, facing forward or backwards as well as in the upper or lower positions. With the current ages of our son, we found that we typically like to use the carseat for our newborn in the upper position facing backwards and the stroller seat for our friends toddler in the lower position facing forward. This allows us to be at an arms reach for our newborn and provides an entertaining view for my friends toddler. We love how easily this travel system can grow with us as our son gets bigger. With the purchase of an additional seat, both can ride in either position up to 45 lbs. The five point harness system on the seat provides great flexibility for wrangling toddlers since the shoulder straps easily separate from the waist straps and the seat can be easily and quickly adjusted with one hand. We also think that the new Jet fabric/color is nice and the large adjustable canopy is very useful. The adjustable handle on the stroller is a great feature, especially since I am 5'11" and my husband is 6'4", we appreciated how easily customizable it is for either of our heights. However, we did find that the curved handlebar and positioning of the adjustment button (right in the middle) becomes slightly awkward with prolonged use because it forces you to keep your wrists slightly bent. We love the large basket which easily houses our diaper bag, shopping bags, coats, etc. with its high sides that keeps items secure. However, it does create restricted access when being used in the double configuration. The fold on the stroller is easy to figure out since it is clearly marked on the sides but does require some effort to release and maneuver all 28 lbs of it. Additionally, since the front wheels are longer than the back and fully rotate, once collapsed, the stroller isn't easily rested on-end. The carseat feels sturdy and safe with very soft fabric. The carseat is easy to install without a base which is great for travel. We found that using the carseat with the base for day to day errands made for quicker transitions in and out of the car. The base was extremely easy to install correctly and confidently. One feature that we like about the carseat is that the back easily adjusts up and down without having to re-tether the shoulder straps which provides a safe and secure fit. Overall, we think that the City Select Travel System is built to last, with high quality materials and the ability to easily grow with your family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am a mom of a 2.5 year old and a 4 month old. The car seat is amazing. Not only does this set come with an extra base, but the seat itself can be safely secured with NO BASE, just a seatbelt. So if you are traveling, or utilize public transit— this car seat is a godsend. The stroller navigates very nicely, even on trails and through grass. It also told up very easily and reads “FOLD” so when you are sleep deprived you can’t forget how it works (been there)! This is a great set to register for. We will be purchasing an extra seat set so both kiddos can ride. Note— if you want to use the car seat and the regular stroller seat you can BUT this set does not include the adapter piece you will need to secure a bottom seat.

It comes with everything nee parents could ask for when it comes to stroller and infant car seats! This is the best stroller I have ever used - and I’ve used a LOT! I love that it can be made into a double stroller. I wish that I just got this stroller from the beginning. Then, I wouldn’t have to buy another stroller when our second child came along. This stroller was super easy to assemble. The car seat was simple to install. I love that they are both very easy to use. The directions were great to follow along with and didn’t leave any questions unanswered. The car seat installation was solid! I love the ease of clicking the seat in and out of the base. I didn’t try a baseless install, but I love that it is an option. It comes in handy when using other vehicles or having another family member picking up our daughter from daycare. I would absolutely recommend this stroller-car seat combo to any new parents. The stroller can grow with your family!
