It’s a fun song and it’s great that your little one can sing along with you. The pages are shiny and easy to catch your baby’s attention.

Because I purchased this book online, I was unable to view the pages. I do not recommend this book. It doesn't have enough substance or story line. And the graphics are basically the same on every page.

I book this book because the title reminded me of my Grandmother! My grandson Loves to read this book! It is made very well. It has stood up to two small boys!

I bought this for my granddaughter who was 1 year old at the time. She has not been very interested in the book overall. Book is very shiny and attracts attention, the illustrations are just okay and I find that there could be more text to the story book. Children at that age like books that are more interactive. Making the book more interactive would have improved her interest in the book. For example the music could be part of the book by adding a press button. Our flaps that can be lifted to reveal something underneath.

I sang this song to my daughter when she was a little girl. Every year for Christmas I would find a gift for my daughter with that you are my sunshine theme. After 30 years it got difficult! My daughter now has her own baby girl so this past year I got her this book so she could start the tradition with her own daughter. It’s perfect for this purpose!
