Just download the app and have ready when you first stand on it. It will ask you 4 steps and it’s pretty quick. Only thing I need to add was my wifi to the app so they could sink and bam. Done. Now I get in and it even has my name programmed. Immediately making me thinking about my health choices

I use it to track my progress on losing weight and just to know where I'm at physically and health wise as far as the scale can tell me. The scale offers many features that most other scales of the same type do not. I quite enjoyed the fact that this scale offers memory for up to 8 people. The design is sleek and is made of quality material you can tell just by the weight of it.. The battery seems to have an extended life and shouldn't need replacement for some time. The design is sleek and fits nicely with my house it can be placed in the bathroom or in other inconspicuous places. It helps you monitor your progress and you see how you are doing, there is so much to say about it, I have never had the opportunity to use such a complete one. My husband is crazy about her since he also takes advantage of the scale, you synchronize it with the app and you have all the info on your cell phone... the only thing I wonder is, why didn't I treat her before?
