Willow Go™ Wearable Hands-Free, Cord-Free Double Electric Breast Pump

I really like the Willow Go and how convenient it is for me. It has great suction. The l only thing is that I wish there was an a option to adjust the how high or low you would like the speed. But it’s not a big issue, I also wish the App did a little more when it comes to the Willow go. It literally only gives you a timer for then current session while pumping. You can’t store or log your feeds and there is no option for how many oz pumped for each side. It’s literally just a timer, but I have another app that I use to track and log my feeds. Hopefully they can do this in the future ! But overall the pump itself is great and I’m really happy with it, the only small change I’d like for the pump is for there to be a little cover or pop open button for the top of the pump so the times I accidentally bend down a little to far I don’t spill any milk. But Overall I love the pump and I am happy with my purchase!

This is so easy to use. So comfy. I had to buy the 7 oz containers because I’m getting a lot when I pump. If you can afford additional pieces I recommend doing it. It’s easier than having to wash the same piece multiple times a day. I’m able to get so much done during my time pumping... even fell asleep a few times lol.

I did not have a good experience with the Willow Go. A couple weeks into using the Willow Go, both my pumps stopped working and would not charge at all. This was very stressful as I needed to pump and had to go buy a manual pump. Willow sent me new pumps (after multiple emails back and forth), but those still lose battery even when not being used, so it’s super stressful not knowing if they are charged or not or might die suddenly. This kind of negates any benefit of them being portable. My friend also had the same experience where she charged her pumps and then found them uncharged when she took them out on a flight. I’ve also experienced a weak suction where no milk comes out at all. I end up having to take them apart and reassemble to try and fix it. I wish someone had recommended I get a regular pump as a first time mom. There are also a ton of pieces to clean and assemble and I find the suction uncomfortable (compared with my Spectra). For the price, these pumps should be reliable and actually hold a charge. I hope Willow fixes this issue.

This pump works just as well as the hospital one I was using while my son was inpatient. It is so comfortable and easy to use & clean plus it’s amazing to be able to move around while pumping.

With the recent addition to our family, I now have four children...under 6 years old, with 3 of them under 4. The Willow has allowed me to continue tending to our family with the constant mobility needed to run our household. I was so nervous about bending over the first few days to prevent spillage, but found I was able to bend over and pick up our laundry basket without any issues(1.5-2oz is usually in each bowl at this stage). Although there are more parts to clean than the Willow 3.0 , it is still less, if not as many parts, as the traditional pumps (i.e. Medela) so it's not an issue if you were accustomed to this. Where I would be able to pump 1, maybe 2 sessions every other day using my traditional pump, the Willow has allowed me to pump 3-4 /day and experiment with milk supply increasing methods such as "power pumping" with more ease and continue tending to the little people in my life! I have also been able to increase my milk supply and start milk storage before heading back to work- something I've struggled with in past post partums. This has been a game changer for me!

My pump arrived with not one but two faulty pieces which made only one pump viable. It took a week to replace a faulty piece and then another week to replace the second piece that was also causing issue. So in total two weeks - the first two weeks of my newborns life. You know that first two weeks when you have a newborn and there’s a ton of pressure to secure your milk supply? This pump devastated that process and put my ability to breast feed at risk. Even putting in double the time using the one pump on both breasts my milk struggled to fill out. Once I took it upon myself to order and pay for my own parts to be overnighted and was working with two pumps my milk production soared. This company made me cry and have never been closer to contacting a lawyer. So in closing of this - I’d say there is a 50/50 chance your pump will arrive broken. They will not pay to overnight items and they will chortle at you as you begin to cry on the phone and say “oh you must be so tired”. Not helpful. I would not take the gamble.

I really enjoy the freedom that using the Willow Go breast pump gives me. The two things I struggled with were:1. Positioning - Positioning has to be correct otherwise you're pumping but really not getting anything out.2. Willow app - The app has issues recognizing my pumps via bluetooth. This only happened after a forced update to the app. I haven't been using the app because of this. I tried so many times to reset this and finally gave up. I use a regular clock to keep time which was the only feature on the app I cared about.The app would be better if the app also kept history of all pump sessions with date and time. It would really help a mama out and be of even more use.

I was looking for a wireless, cable free pump that would allow me to at least drive, feed baby (by bottle), cook, work when it's time for my pump session. I hated to carry my big pump around and it was just too much bulk to have on top of a diaper bag (for baby AND toddler). My husband have me this pump as a gift and honestly, I LOVE IT. The first time I used it I wasn't too convinced because it gave me such small output but I kept using it until I got my normal output. I use it at least once a day, alternating with my Spectra S1, which is my main pump. If you're thinking about getting it, do it. My life is so much easier now thanks to these pumps. Also if it helps, I'm an exclusive pumper. I do not nurse my baby.
