Only had it a year and it doesn’t open up anymore

I have had it since 2020, the best electric of all, I bought it much cheaper than it is worth today, but it is very, very good

This chair is stylish, fits great in our nursery, doesn't take up too much space and is very comfortable. I love that the arms come up high enough and are flat enough that I can use them to lean against and also put the binky on, bottle on, etc. The only downside is that it is hard to recline and then hard to put the foot rest back into place. Due to that, I just don't use the recline functionality. I thought that would be important to me, but we have a recliner in the living room and so I ended up not needing this chair in the nursery to recline as often as I anticipated.

Love having a power recliner so I don’t disturb my newborn when he falls asleep on me and I want to get up. The fabric looks great and is high quality. Definitely a great value!

I am copying a previously written review, because it hits the nail on the head. Very expensive chair that worked for just past the limited one year warranty and customer services response is basically too bad. Roughly 11 months after purchasing this chair it is broken. It no longer reclines. It seems like there is something wrong with the electrical components. The manufacturer offers a "limited one year warranty" which is worthless. They do not respond to calls, emails, voicemails. This is not OK, especially for a chair this expensive. Try to find something reliable because this is not it.

This chair looks great. Sand color isn't really sand, it's more darkish grey than anything. This chair begins to recline easily with the lever but when you sit and push back more, it doesn't stay reclined which is very frustrating especially when it's a late night feeding. I have to constantly push and put pressure to have it stay reclined. Second, it's VERY hard to push back the footres to close.. I have to do it with my hands every time. If you're looking for a chair that you know you'll only use for a year or two then this is your chair. You get what you paid for an unfortunately, this price doesn't get you very much.

When sitting snd reclining the chair tilts to one side. It is very hard to get the chair to close back up too. The chair also easily tips over.

The chair is very easy to put together. But some areas squeak as I use the rocking chair. Once put together, the back portion was a little off centered as well. There is no way to adjust it. The chair is very comfy once you break it in. The squeaking is annoying for such a pricey Glider. I never sent in a complaint to the manufacturer bec I purchased it months before I had my baby. Therefore didnt use it until then. I figured it was too late to complain. But i like the usb on the side to charge my phone. Comes in super handy.
