I really liked the panty but I'm going to give it 4 stars. The reason is because it would be nice if it had clips on the crotch for easy restroom access. I purchased the panty when my c-section wound was already healed but I have a feeling if I would of purchased it when it was fresh, it would of caused a lot pain when having to use the restroom. Just a suggestion, maybe in the near future if you guys can design maybe a boy short version for the gals like me that do not like the bikini type undie.
I ordered these in my pre-pregnancy size that is suggested (My pre-pregnancy size was L, I ordered a L). I wanted something supportive and compressing after complications following a C-Section (complications that lead to the incision needing to be re-opened and allowed to heal itself shut... so comfort was super important). The compression was very comfortable, slimming and supportive, just as I'd hoped. However, there were 2 very annoying drawbacks that kept me from loving them. 1.) The leg holes aren't big enough and there is NO give/stretch (HELLO! Most of the rest of our body grows with our belly!). So after wearing them for an hour or two they get REALLY uncomfortable, which is why I stopped wearing them all-together. 2.) The top band rolls down, I found myself constantly trying to unroll the band so that it wouldn't be digging into my waist/ribs. I REALLY wanted to love these. I would only suggest them because maybe someone smaller would find them more comfortable (I am 5'10" and was 200 lbs, or a size 14, at the time of purchase).

It is just a regular pair of panties, except that it is tall waisted. Also, it has no tightness to hold anything IN OR UP.

I wish I had this panty for my first pregnancy! I love it so much. It gave me the perfect support for bub number two and was more comfortable to wear than I had expected. I had a different one first time around and found it kept rolling down and I had to constantly adjust it but with this one, it actually stayed in place! The best thing about it is that you can wear clothes comfortably without being self conscious people can see what you've got on underneath. I was also scared that it would be irritating on my cut but not at all! It's definitely a game changer. I would definitely recommend this product. I was gifted a sample to try and review.

My son experienced multiple health issues at birth and spent a few weeks in the NICU. I was up and moving around a lot more than normal after my c-section so I could visit him bedside. I have NO IDEA how I could have done that without your product, c-panty! The hospital-issued binders are bulky and next to impossible to put on without help. C-panty gave me the freedom and ability to be with my son during some of the scariest days of our lives. Words cannot fully describe how grateful I am for this amazing product! Thank you so much!! P.S. One of my dearest friends had a baby that spent time in the NICU. I bought her a c-panty and sent it to her. I believe in this product!!

I was very impressed with this product. It has never stretched out the by the end of the day, doesn’t roll down while wearing it and that includes being pretty active in it. It even washes nicely. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the c panty!!! It was just the right amount of compression and my incision. Also it shaped my stomach well and I was able to wear regular clothes. Another great thing about the c panty was the booty part fit normally, not squeezing my butt too tight! Love this!
