Some of the info is slightly outdated, as this book is a bit older and the research is constantly telling us news things. But overall, some great purée recipes and info on freezing and such.

Even if we don't quite agree with everything in this book, like giving rice-cereal or cheese-sauce to our baby for example, there's some good ideas in it.We do like the idea of using butter ( organic, grassfed of course )

LOVED this book! It has been through preparing exclusively homemade baby food for both my boys and is almost in tatters with food stains all over it :) I used it that much. I made every recipe out of this book multiple times and i cannot remember one that was less than great. It is also easy to substitute and it give a lot of great information on proper diet and nutrition for different ages and stages. My husband used to always say their babyfood was better than our food! I highly suggest buying this book if you plan to make nutritious rounded baby food meals at home!
