The Learning Journey Learn with Me Numbers and Colors Pig E Bank

This pig mixes up numbers and colors. Has also been asking for coins to be interested that are already inside the bank. Seems to be very confusing for a toy that’s supposed to help with learning colors and numbers.

It gets several numbers and colors wrong! Also for the age the screw on cap to empty pig is a little difficult.

My toddler is excited about putting coins in a piggy bank, but she's too young to properly care for a traditional ceramic one (and she wants to put coins in ALL DAY) so we thought this might be a good toy for her. The coins are directional on this unit - which is silly since it's a toy coin and does not reflect how a real piggy bank works. This appears to be so that the bank knows which coin was used. Now to the "learning" part. It's either on or off, and when on the questions are completely random in asking for a color (easy for toddlers) or number (hard to see the number imprinted, assuming the child can read numerals). It doesn't remember which items have been inserted, so it can ask for something that's already inside the bank. It's not rude when the child is wrong, but the poor kids barely stand a chance of getting things right. If the store wasn't so far away from our house, we'd have returned it already.

Hi I just left his piggy bank for my 11 month and it is great... the only negative side is that the coins have to be a certain direction or else they won’t go in. So it’s a little extra challenging your baby would have to know which way to put the coin in as well as actually putting it in. My baby figured it out in a day so it’s not the end of the world but all the other piggy bank I’m used to just put the coin in doesn’t matter what way

I bought this for my daughter's 2nd birthday and she loves it except for the fact that its missing a number as I was given 2 orange number 5's and no blue number 4 which defeats the purpose of the teaching part. I have already given it to her so I can't take it away from her now so I will change my rating if I'm contacted to have a replacement piece shipped.

I bought this to help teach my child numbers and colors, but the pig says the wrong colors and numbers when you put in the coin! I tried contacting customer service but they were not helpful nor did they care that their product does not work correctly.
