The First Years™ Finger Foods Placemat in Blue

Bought this to help in our adventure of self feeding. It’s been beltway, especially for traveling. We’ve used at home, restaurants, planes, etc. would recommend!

My son is 16 months old and he is learning to pick up his foods on his own but usually it just ends in his pushing it to the edge of the tray then onto the floor. Easy to place food and less mess. it is very easy to clean. Overall great product and i would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mat does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's great to lay out snacks, the kiddo can grab the snacks, they don't fall around, it's great. The only real downside is that I don't know whether or not it's necessary. As in, what does this do that I couldn't replicate with just a regular placemat, or even a paper towel?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Food Mat to help my daughter be able to pick up her food while eating snacks and meals. The ribs help put the food in a position the is easy to grab and also help keep her from scattering when trying to grab it.

It is easy to set up and the groves help him pick up certain food items. It is also really easy to clean and to pack up. Every new parent needs a placemat like this.

My child can grab food items off of it without the food rolling all over the place. The little grooves in the placemat help make it easy for a child to grab exactly what they want. It fits on the tray of a high chair perfectly. It has good grip, doesn't slip, and is very easy to wash. It is also small and flexible enough to take on the go.

I usually place it on her high chair, and it helps her to grab her food a lot better. It has grooves on it so the food doesn't roll around everywhere. It's also very light and super easy to clean. The only thing I'm not a fan of is it doesn't stick too well to the high chair table. I haven't tried it on an actual table yet so I'm not sure if it would work better.
