I have been trying to return this thing since December and have been hung up on constantly and emails go ignored. They keep blocking my honest reviews about what happened as well.
ordered the crib and changing table in November. Finally got them in mid December. They sent the wrong color. Wanted white grey and they sent chestnut. Called and they assure me they’ll fix this. Send it back. Just got the crib today and it’s THE SAME WRONG CRIB! What the heck?!? Terrible customer service. Once the changing table is here I am sending BOTH BACK and getting a refund.
These cribs are not shipping to California. Also, the ones in stores are currently mislabeled (labeled as chestnut but are washed grey). Customer service was not helpful at all, but the store managers at mission viejo and a Las Vegas location were amazing. Would recommend the crib, thin styler and good for smaller spaces to not have a bulky crib.

They sent me white 3 times! There is no fixing the problem.
Order this crib in chestnut and the matching changing table. The color looks nothing like the picture. It is white washed even though the box, the shipping label and everything say chestnut. Ch aging table the same way.
