My daughter loves it!!!! She said it gives her quite such a peaceful feeling when she's in it....

We purchased this glider for my elderly aunt when she moved to Assisted Living. She loved it. This was purchased in May. It is January and the arm rest piece has broken, not at the screw attachment, the wood fell apart. I don't know how she was not injured during this incident, she is frail. I see common issues for reviews of this product elsewhere on line with preferred vendors. It is cheap and the components are not made to last.

I bought this for when my new granddaughter comes next month. So many issues! First none of the buttons stay together. Second it didn't come with all the holes drilled into it! Third the back pad stinks. I've had it out in the entry and sprayed with febreeze twice now!! So very disappointed with this purchase! Don't recommend buying this chair or any other product they sell! Online or in stores!!

We (My Wife & I) were so excited to get this thing and put it together, only to find out that one of the arm pads is missing the buttons that secure it to the base seat. The only option on BuyBuy Baby is to perform a complete return. How am I supposed to be able to get it back in the box for a return? So not happy right now.

I have spent countless hours rocking my baby and toddler on this glider, and it's just as smooth as when I first opened it. The cushions are SO soft that it feels like I'm laying on a cloud. The pockets are conveniently placed so I'm not fumbling around in the middle of the night trying to find my phone. I love the design on the cushions themselves and it fits perfectly into the nursery. I can't wait to spend more hours with my baby gliding back and forth!

Very comfortable, great design and pretty easy to assemble! We are excited to get to use it a lot in a few weeks, but I could say already that is an essential for the nursery!

Love it ! Yes it came with a broken piece but it came from Indonesia so go figure. I called the number on the paper inside the box and they sent me a new piece in five days very good customer service ! The cushions are firm but I love it it feels so supportive and glides like you wouldn’t believe !! I can’t wait to sit with my baby in it I’m glad I spent the money bc I know a lot of time will be spent in this chair and it supports your back nicely !
