Storkcraft® Luna 4-in-1 Crib with Drawer in White

I ordered this crib during the black Friday sale. I just opened it now to assemble as the baby is coming in May. There are several damaged parts. Not impressed as it was a pricey crib still. Please see the pictures. Hoping to get replacement parts from bed bath and beyond.

This crib came in pretty quickly and wasn’t too complicated to assemble. Looks great!

The quality of the bed seems to be good, but the edges of some of the slats are quite rough. A baby’s tender skin could get cut. The manufacturer is supposed to replace the two really bad pieces when they get new parts in 3 months. I’ll update this post if they follow through on their end. It is worth noting that the representative was very helpful and kind. Honestly I wish I had spent a little more money and got a higher quality bed.

Just put this crib together and it seems sturdy enough. Biggest complaint is several parts arrived with scratches and the drawer does not sit flush with the rest of the crib. All the parts are tightened, but the left side still sticks out relative to the right side. Disappointed, but can't exactly take it back now that it's all put together.

I ordered this product several months before it was needed, due to hearing horror stories about people waiting too long, and then not getting the crib in time. As a consequence, it sat, unopened for some time. When we finally did open the box, we discovered that there was a significant gouge mark in one of the pieces -- and is clearly visible, Since this is to be my baby's crib, and eventually, his toddler-bed, I was very disappointed that a piece arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service, the response was basically, "too bad, so sad," because I'm 2 days outside the 90 day "return/refund" window.

Bought this a few months ago, now putting together. When we took it out of the box we noticed there are large dents and damage to some of the pieces. Don’t have the time now to return it and get a new one. The box had no damages to it so this was obviously packed that way. Disappointing

beautiful strong sturdy crib however very strong gasses being released of this crib for a baby item, i have been airing it out for over a month and i am still scared to let my baby sleep in it because the VOC’s are so strong.

My husband has been handed a LOT of furniture to assemble since we moved into our first house in the last two years and he said this crib and the matching dresser were two of the easiest pieces to assemble so far! The quality is 10/10, the color is beautiful for a modern nursery look and we love that it converts as the baby will grow. The storage drawer is also just incredible. Great space for extra sheets and things you don’t need as often. Highly recommend Storkcraft to anyone looking for a reliable nursery set!
