Storkcraft® Kids Marco Island Twin Captain's Bed with Trundle and Drawers in White

We have been loving this bed for a few months now. I can’t believe we found a trundle that actually had built in storage, too! I love the functionality and we really love how we are able to use both beds for our boys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved and have been searching for the perfect bed for our son’s transition into his new space. This twin bed is AMAZING and exactly what we were looking for. It arrived in 4 separate boxes and I was worried when only 3 boxes showed up the first day, but the 4th arrived shortly after. My husband and I put it together in less than an hour. The instructions were straightforward, and it was easy to assemble. The bed itself is sturdy and well made. I can definitely see it lasting us for many years, and will grow with our son. The trundle is easy to roll out, even on carpet, and we love the addition of the three storage drawers. The trundle bed is an awesome addition for when our niece spends the night, or if we have any other guests! The bed is beautiful and fits into our home nicely. I can’t wait to continue to decorate our son’s room surrounding the Marco Island! We are very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of this bed.

We had this shipped to our place, and I was so excited to receive it. We finally came around to putting it together, just to be disappointed by the condition it was in. There were some minor scratches and dents, but on of the support pieces was completely split. Super disappointed! Would not recommend if you are having it shipped!

Pros: - Bed is straight forward to put together - Price is great compared to competition Cons: - Bed is quite high, especially if you have a thick mattress - Bed is packaged poorly - footboard was damaged. Despite speaking with BB&B Customer support to replace it, they claimed Storkcraft would not replace it with the pictures provided and wanted it sent back. Very wasteful and I'm left with a broken bed.

I love this bed. I got it to help save space for my daughters. Because you can use a real twin mattress for the trundle my youngest daughter can use this trundle as her daily bed. I’m even comfortable sleeping in the trundle too.The girls use storage for shoes. I love this bed and so do they. It was easy to put together took an hour. Used a drill!!! The trundle is easy to push in and pull out on carpet too!!! Make sure the trundles mattress is no thicker than 8 inches (Serta makes a cooling memory foam mattress just so you know). The answer is YES if you want to know if you can close it with the mattress, mattress cover, cloth pad (for younger kids possible accidents) fitted sheet, top sheet and comforter) just place the pillows some place else like the top bed. This bed is awesome!!!!!!! I will be buying again this fall for my boys bedroom!!!!!!!! Love this bed. Yes you need to buy it. Quality is wonderful. Thai is NOT a cheap looking or feeling bed. You will love it!

Excellent value. Solid wood construction. Relatively easy to assemble. Bed ends up being pretty high, but our really daughter loves it. Will last her for many years.
