The product arrived 45 days after we ordered while we were overseas and when we got back and opened it it was missing all the screws and the Allen key so we couldn’t make the chair. When we tried to pack it back we saw the back rest not only had black markings on it it also had a big dent on the back rest. It was so obviously a used and returned product and buy buy baby wouldn’t return exchange or refund us despite the fact that they shipped it so late and we tried to return it less than 90 days after they delivered it. I would not buy it

Baby sits comfortably and it's safe. Since it's adjustable baby will be able to use for years to come. Do not regret purchase.

The chair came in open box. inside the box, not covered the wood legs. the legs are both broken, look like from nothing covered and opened box. I took a picture, it comes exactly like that in my front door.

We have 2 of these already for our 6 and 4 year old and just bought another for our 2 year old. These are super sturdy and attractive and something you won’t mind at your dinner table for years and years (because they’re SO much easier to wipe down than a traditional high chair or your nice cloth dining chairs)! They’re not ideal for babies before they’re sitting up on their own, but you’ll definitely get your moneys worth in the years you’ll use these. Fairly easy to adjust and kids can sit higher at first (better than the newer Stokke Steps - which may be easier to adjust but isn’t as versatile as the trip trapp). Happy meal times!
