I would have rated this product five stars as I was just buying replacement parts for my spectra breast pump, however I didn’t realize that a “set” only included enough parts for single pumping. So if you want to use this for double pumping you have to buy it twice.
I ordered two sets of these replacement parts to have an extra set of flanges for pumping. When they arrived, I opened the package and they looked similar to the original set that came with my S2 pump. As soon as I connected the hosing to the flanges, I learned they weren't at all. The hoses immediately kept slipping off of the back flow preventer, so pumping would have been impossible. Turns out the back flow preventer on the newer pieces are shorter and don't hold the hoses well. I had to contact Spectra directly, and I'm still awaiting the replacements. Unsure if the replacements will have the same issue.

Great set that is perfect for pumping with the S1 or S2 pump. I love how the kit comes with everything, is easy to assemble, use and wash. Good price too. Thanks for helping on my journey.

You will need to purchase 2 of these if you're looking for a back up set of flanges - this only comes with one of everything, which was. not explicitly stated in the description.

After many painful pumping sessions with the flanges included with the Spectra pump, I was desperate for a solution. I went to Spectra’s website and printed out their sizing guide (most helpful if you’re struggling to figure out what size flange you actually need). I ordered the 20mm size and haven’t had any issues. Make sure you order 2 if you double pump, as the “set” refers to the fact that the flange comes with the hose and back flow protector. A note: the shipping was atrocious. I ordered this item on a Saturday, with the estimate on the website that it should arrive the following Wednesday. Not bad, right? But due to slow processing on BBB’s end and the utilization of USPS, I didn’t receive my order for an additional week! Please update the realistic shipping expectations in the order process for your customers, as I had to endure an additional week’s painful pumping (my baby isn’t good at coming to breast, so I’m exclusively pumping) because of the additional waiting. If you carried this size in stores, I could’ve gotten it quicker!

Why they would even sell one single flange is beyond me. Are you supposed to pump just from one side? It says ‘set’ implying you would get a set of two. I’m returning.

I bought this because I needed a smaller size flange than came with my Spectra Pump. Product contains: 1 flange, 1 tubing, 1 duck bill valve, and 1 back flow protector. I only needed the flange, but now have extra parts on hand for when I return to work and will be pumping 4-5 days a week. If you are double pumping you need to buy 2 sets- this product is only sold as 1 of each through Spectra as well, so this is not a buybuyBaby issue. Price at the time of my purchase was $5 less than available through Spectra, I used a 20% off coupon, and qualified for free shipping so it made for a pretty good deal.
