Do not order this product. We waited 2 weeks to receive and box was damaged and so dusty when we get it. Then open the box and headboard was damage. Waste of time. Now I have to take it back to and store to return it.

This bed says “4-1” but only comes with the generic crib. It has two levels/heights for baby to sleep. Doesn’t come with a toddler rail as shown in the pictures which is extremely misleading. I’m sure it says in small print somewhere doesn’t come with it. Waste of my time and money.

This crib is beautiful, but my baby has gotten his foot caught on the back panel three times now. The first two times, I hoped that it was a fluke. Today was the third time and since this has happened over a series of months, he’s much bigger now and the crib left red swollen marks around his ankle. At first, he wasn’t injured, just terrified. This time he’s scared and in mild pain. This crib should be recalled.

We bought this for our first grandchild. My daughter picked it out and my husband put it together. It was missing a piece, but it was easily found at the hardware store. All in all we are very happy with this crib!

⚠️Im writing this as a warning for others⚠️ I bought this crib for my son and was very excited to have something that I can convert as he needs it, but now almost a year later I’m being told that I have to purchase the part for a toddler bed, separately. When I came back to find where it said it was sold separately, of course it was hidden and I actually had to search for that. Also I wasn’t given an instruction manual so I had to figure out how to put it together by myself. Overall it’s a good product, but I think they could’ve did a better job at making fire the customer can see that an important part doesn’t come with it and they could’ve did a better job about making sure the instruction manual was in the box.

I bought this crib for my daughter...In love with the color and the quality

This crib is gorgeous. No scratches or cracks like many other people had issues with. The one issue I did have was that there were predrilled holes that were not drilled through all the way. We had to re-drill the holes in order to put the crib together. If this would not have been a problem it would have been much easier to put together. However, I would definitely purchase this crib again since the issue was an easy fix (although very inconvenient). It also appears to be of great quality and very sturdy.
