I was a nervous about purchasing this after reading the reviews online but after seeing the product in the store I stayed hopeful and ordered this for my daughter’s nursery. Despite some of the comments in the reviews on this product, I think that it is really well-made. The one we ordered did not come broken or damaged at all. I am very happy with this purchase!

Smells awful and started chipping after a few months of use.

The first dresser that we received was badly damaged and due to Covid delays, it took four months for us to get a replacement. Unfortunately, the second dresser also was damaged but it was reparable with some wood glue and clamps. If we had more time, we would've opted for another replacement, but baby's due date is quickly approaching and we didn't want to go through the hassle again. If I had to do this all over again, I would've gone with a different furniture collection. The Hanover crib is beautiful and well made, but I can't say the same for any of the case goods. The drawers on the nightstand and dresser are really flimsy and for some reason they only pull out of the frame a little over halfway, making it hard to put clothes or diapers away in the rear half of the drawer. The top of the dresser is sturdy, but the sides are thin MDF with the oak veneer and minimal corner reinforcements. The MDF on our second dresser attempt was cracked and the veneer was peeling about four inches up from the bottom. Reparable, but at this price point, it shouldn't have been an issue. The nursery looks nice with all of the pieces in, but as far as function goes, it's definitely wanting for more.

Arrived with one drawer broken and pushed inside the dresser. Buy buy baby has refused to pick up and replace the dresser for a few weeks. Waiting for a call back from this company is a 5 hour wait and they promise a representative will call regarding pick up and they never do. I have been dealing with this for weeks.

We were so excited to have this set for our nursery this dresser came damaged 3 times before we finally got one that was not broken. Very disappointed.
