Soho Baby Hanover 4-in-1 Convertible Crib in Oak/Grey

This crib is beautiful and has really held up well. We love the look of it. The problem is we purchased the entire set plus two cribs (twins) but can’t purchase the conversion kit. We are now stuck with cribs we expected to grow with our children and no alternative store to find the conversion kit since it is a BBB exclusive. Would not recommend purchasing if you want it to be converted to a bed.

I love this crib. It’s a beautiful color and I love the fact it’ll grow with my baby. I’ve received many compliments. We purchased the matching dresser too. We paid to have the delivery person put the crib together and it was totally worth it. They were in and out in 20 minutes.

Purchased this item several weeks ago. I was given a shipping time frame. That time frame past and still hasn't been delivered. Made several calls. Turns out that they use a different company that makes the deliveries. Buy Buy Baby has no way of tracking the item. I've made several phone calls. Each time they get my info and tell me they will return my call but never have. 5 phone calls and no reply. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere. The service here is terrible. Would give zero stars if possible.

Received this product today and after building almost the entire thing, only needing to install the footboard, I quickly realized they had drilled the holes and conversion kit inserts on the wrong side of the footboard. This rendered the crib useless as I was unable to install the fourth and final side of the crib. How does an item meant for the the safety and security of an infant not have a quality inspection prior to sale? Or, worse, how did this pass any sort of quality control for infant furniture? I'll never buy or recommending any items from SOHO or M Design Village. Look for a company that has good quality reviews!

We were gifted this crib for our first child and loved it so much that we chose to get a second one for the new baby we are expecting! The crib is great quality, beautiful, and well-made. The wood has been sanded, stained, and sealed, so it is smooth and we don’t have to worry about our little one getting splinters. The mattress support is easy to move when lowering the mattress, and the crib itself is incredibly sturdy. We love the look of the Hanover by Soho products and have purchased two cribs, the long dresser, the changing topper, and the tall dresser, along with all crib conversion pieces so, when the time comes, we can convert the crib to a toddler bed, and again to a full bed. We plan to purchase the nightstands next. Great quality products that will last.

This is a stunning crib. Very well made. Beautiful and classy. Will go in any room with any color well. Feels quite sturdy. Very pleased with this purchase.

We did curbside pickup for this crib. It is packaged very securely. My husband had it put together in 30 minutes. We are very impressed with the quality.
