Soho Baby Hampton Chifferobe in Stonewash

We ordered our furniture collection in August. About 3-4 weeks later we got the crib, dresser and changing table delivered. The dresser and changing table, no issues. the crib however is another story. The crib had multiple swipes of black paint on it all over different parts. Not something that would have happened in delivery, this was obviously seen and still placed in the box and sent to us. Furthermore, when we have tried to deal with the online store for returning and exchanging they say they will be in contact with you within 24 hrs, but they NEVER get back to you. I understand there are supply chain issues right now, but we can't even get a call back about what we have ordered, or get anyone to confirm they will come pick up the damaged crib! The customer service is very poor, with no communication,. We will never buy from them again.

First of all, we need the lifter thing they have at the store! The Columbia SC BBB team was so great in helping my husband get this loaded into the truck. Once loaded, we had an ~30 minute drive home. I was driving my car and my husband had the crib and double dresser in the back of the truck (the chifferobe would not fit with the other two in there). We strapped it down and headed out...the crib jumped out of the truck bed at a turn and my husband had to slide it back to the truck in the middle of a busy intersection. A kind man stopped and helped put it back in and strap it down again! Once we got it home and unloaded, we were both pretty scared to open the crib box for fear that it was damaged. I opened it this morning and there was NOT A SCRATCH on it and all the pieces were intact! I was so happy! Big props to the packaging designer of the crib for making it safe! I put it together in less than 30 minutes and verified the mattress spring was level. We could not be more pleased with our selection! The stonewash color goes with everything so we don't have to worry if we change the colors of our girl's room! It is sturdy wood and a beautiful finish. We are enjoying it thoroughly!

We bought the crib, dresser and nightstand. The furniture is heavy but it is made of very good quality material! The stonewash color is also very versatile and it looks great for our baby girl's room. Overall I would highly recommend compared to other nursery sets!

Okay so clearly this is not a cheap set! But we decided to splurge and hopefully have it for many years and babies to come. On all three pieces of furniture the finish is coming off. Without even touching it!! Parts of the crib the finish is coming off and it’s all sticky. It looks tacky and cheap and I’m absolutely mind blown that I spent over $1500 for this set. Stay away.

Absolutely love this chifferobe. It was delivered put together and everything is perfect. I love the color even more than I thought I could. We also love the soft shut drawers.

We ordered this for our litte one. We love it so much it came in great shape. We were skeptical at first because the dresser came with a off track drawer, but no issues at all moving this around. It has so much room and just the perfect size not to take up too much room in the house. We recommend this one to anyone.
