The dresser looks great in the baby's nursery. The reason why it's 4 stars is because the delivery was rough. the bottom support bar was a little crack and there are some chips. The reason why the delivery was rough is because of the COVID-19 the guy couldn't bring it into the house and left it in the driveway. I had paid for the threshold delivery so that stinks that I didn't get the service. Another thing the dresser came fully assemble.
I bought this about a month ago for my newborn. I bought it because it matched the crib I bought that went together extremely easy and is very sturdy. This dresser came pre-assembled but I had an issue with three out of the six drawers. Lots of stripped screws and broken boards inside. Being a handyman I was able to fix all these issues but for this price it shouldn't have had any issues. Wood glue, time, and a lot of adjustments on the rails.

I loved the way this dresser looked, however once we open the dwars these strips with balls fell out. I believe this is what made the dwars glide open. They were a hassle and i don’t really know why they are there I’ve never seen this with dwars before. Then I noticed the dwars would not close completely because of the strips. Would not recommend, especially for the price.
We visited Buybuy Baby to look at cribs and dressers in person to get an idea of what we like. Saw this dresser and crib, fell in love. Love the color and style.

DO NOT BUY, the quality is absolutely horrible! I had to send this dresser back because it was damaged & when they sent it a second time it was damaged again. I would not recommend spending money on this piece at all. We recently moved & I put a light painters tape on the drawers so they would stay in place & as I took the tape off it totally ruined the dresser & peeled off the top layer of the wood like material. They will not have a company fix it so now I have to buy a brand new bedroom set.
I bought this set because I thought it was cute and liked the color. We’ve been using it for around 10 months now, and from the beginning we have had issues with the drawers randomly sliding out. And it’s not just one of them, it’s all of them. You close one, another opens. You can be standing across the room and 3 drawers will randomly slide open. Also, the paint chips very easily. This dresser seems to be very cheaply made to be so expensive. Absolutely would not buy this dresser again.

Ordered and received this dresser. Box was a little beat up but because the manufacturer packed it very well not a single scratch on the dresser 10/10 would recommend

This dresser is excellent quality, beautiful and large with deep enough drawers. You can expect issues with having to wait several weeks for your item due to back order and BBB not accurately updating their site

Trust me when I say this is the worst furniture ever made. Also customer service for this company IS THE WORST. I paid for in home delivery and they only sent one delivery person. Now he couldn't carry it himself up my steps so he left it on my sidewalk next to the street. Had to get two of my neighbors to carry it up the steps into my house. After unpacking it found it was broken. Called C.S. They were no help. Ended up having to do a in store exchange. When I got the new onw home the track for the drawer fell off. I fixed it myself as best I could. I will NEVER buy from this store ever again. Their stuff is JUNK!!!
