Clip for security harness popped off on 2nd use. We got very lucky that baby didn’t fall out on our walk. Customer service was not very helpful with the return. Tried to get replacement part for it but you literally have take the entire trike apart with the harness belt being screwed in on different spots of the trike and under the seat.
Good looking product, great idea; execution not so much. The seat cushion is flimsy, the breaks randomly kick in, the wheel sometimes gets stuck, making it difficult to maneuver.

So we order the STR 5 Squirel for our son. Ever since then, we are constantly stop and asked where were purchase this trike. Everyone loves the fabric and material and to be honest, the easy steering and folding are great features to this Trike. I totally recommend this trike.
