I love this bottle bag and have used it almost daily for over a year. The only reason I am rating versatility low is because of the ice pack. On a recent trip we had to surrender the ice pack to airport security (aka throw it in the garbage, which is such a shame/waste) because the volume was not labeled and even though it was keeping precious milk safe to drink for our little one, security required us to toss the ice pack. I feel like that was such a waste, we had supervisors involved and they would not budge, mostly because they figured the ice pack was roughly 120mLs, but they could not be certain. They tested it to show that no dangerous substance had come in contact, but in the end it didn't matter. Now I have a bottle bag/cooler that no longer has a perfect fitting ice pack! :(
it leaks i struggle everyday with zipper was excited to have it for work but the ice pack it comes with melts very quickly

I bought this bag a month ago, so far am happy with my purchase. Although, the gel freezer pack broke all over the contents of the bag. So be prepared for that. I hope it didn't spoil the milk.
