I would have easily given the product itself a 5 star rating, however my experience with their outsourced delivery service was TERRIBLE! The product did come packaged very safely-lots of foam and even crated style on the inside to make sure no damage during delivery. The worst part was the company they outsource to. They did not follow the timeline that they gave me. They call you to set up a delivery time, once your product is finally ready (shipping was 4 weeks). Only, they don't actually do what they say. I chose the 3-7pm delivery and I had a truck show up at my residence at 9 am that morning, telling me that they would leave it on doorstep if no one could be there. Mind you, I work full time and set up for my time to be later in the day, when I could take off and be there. {Someone had to sign for it and allow them entrance into home to deliver} Urgently I asked my MIL/FIL to go over and be there, and luckily for me, they could. However, this was not right! Not to mention, it was the day, it decided to snow in the midwest, so clearly, I did NOT want my brand new furniture piece sitting out in that weather, to which it could have been damaged. It was all just a nightmare, with being at work, having people call and text and give me ultimatums. Just RIDICULOUS!

I LOVE this dresser. I got this dresser for my son’s nursery, along with the matching crib, and everything looks super high end! The quality of the dresser is unmatched. The drawers are slow closing and the material is great quality. The drawers pull out fully and are very spacious! Highly recommend getting your hands on this dresser!
