I have used multiple natural lotions on my girls (now 2.5 years old) and Shea Moisture cannot be beat by a longshot. The only thing that comes close is organic coconut oil. One of my girls has dry scaly skin and eczema and this works like nothing else. Even the other Shea Moisture baby lotions got nothin' on this one. My only complaint--its so thick, it never comes up the pump well. I wish it just came in a jar instead.
The new formula is not even close to being as effective as the old formula. I have stopped buying your product as a result and would give it 5 stars if you go back. As for the current, very runny, new product, I give it 1 star. You know how to do better. You need to read "Our Story" on your own packaging and remember where you started in 1912.

I specifically was researching for a low-ingredient lotion to use with ingredients that I knew did not irritate my skin. You can see from other reviewers, that the ingredient list has changed but the website refers to the old ingredients. Overall, the lotion does feel nice and smell wonderful, but has many more ingredients which was the opposite of what I was looking for (including added fragrance).

I use this shampoo from 3 years ago until now I never disappointed with it, I love the smell, the scent and the texture on the body, and how it versatile to use for the hair and skin.

This is my favorite moisturize lotion. I love the scent and that it's made with natural ingredients. My skin is incredibly soft from using this product. It's not just for baby's. Please do not discontinue this line. I also use the body wash and love it, but I'm having trouble getting both, this makes me very sad:(

I have had this product for 2 years and it smells sooo good. Never had any issues using it on my newborn-2 year old. Don’t need much.

The ingredients you see on the website is not want you get. It use to be these ingredients and it was fantastic. These are the ingredients: Water, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC triglyceride, shea butter*♥, GLYCERYL STEARATE, glycerin (vegetable), CETYL alcohol, glyceryl stearate CITRATE, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, fragrance (essential oil blend), mango seed butter, argan oil, jojoba seed oil, cocoa seed butter, panthenol, allantoin, bisabolol, frankincense extract, borago officinalis seed oil, chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, commiphora myrrha resin extract, tocopheryl acetate, glyceryl caprylate, BENZOIC acid, caprylyl glycol, TRIETHYL citrate. The smell is horrible and irritating. Will never buy again unless this company goes back to the original formula.
