Great changing pad that grows with your child

Our first changing pad was a hand-me-down from my sister-in-law so I didn't do too much reading and research on the topic. The one we inherited was great. Soft, had a strap, fit on the the changing table. It wasn't until my oldest started growing that I realized this inherited pad might not work for us long term. Now he's 3 and only wears a diaper for naps & bedtime. But it's SO much easier to put them on him on a changing table. However, our changing table is... shall we say, a bit short for him. When I received the Sealy® 3-Sided Contour Changing Pad my world opened up (haha)! It's made a huge difference for us (and him). No more banged heels. He actually fits on it and it makes changing him in the morning a breeze! Since we added our second peanut, I wasn't sure how this pad would work for a tiny baby and I was pleasantly surprised. It works great for both of them - 3yrs old and 3mos old! It's firm but still soft to the touch and comfy for the tot. The surface is comfortable enough to use it alone without a sheet and it's waterproof to wipe down easily if there's a mess. (If? how about when...) Since it's soybean, there's no "out of the box" smell that you get with some rubber pads. My note to buyers is - it's a bit longer than other changing pads so measure your changing table before you buy. Please note: My words are my own but I received this product from Kolcraft’s mom matters in exchange for an honest review.

The picture is deceiving - the waterproof cover does not lay nicely over the changing pad's contours, it instead is loose and somewhat cheap looking. The pad is quite noisy to use, disappointed in this one.

I brought this for my daughter and it’s so noisy. I took it out the packaging and placed in my changing top only find out there is too much air in changing pad bc it’s too much loose air. Definitely returning to purchase something better.
