Not sure if this is the design of the car seat and base but it is extremely loose and not secure at all!! The base is loose and wiggles and when I click the car seat to the base it doesn’t clink all the way only at the end by the feet! It makes me feel extremely anxious and unsafe and I don’t not want my newborn in the car in a car seat that is completely loose!!! But we have had to use it for now!!!

My package just arrived & it isn’t wrapped, I paid extra for it to be wrapped & it’s not. It’s a baby shower gift this is ridiculous. Now I have to go find a gift bag or some large enough to fit this in

Despite the quality of the stroller which looks good (I don't know because my baby has not born yet), receiving it was frustrated. I ordered the orchid stroller because it looks beautiful at the picture, but what I received was a bordeaux or burgundy stroller. This brand is publishing a false imagen of the product (colors are very different), and that action is again the customer laws. A complaint with the local customer and affairs agency should be filed.

I absolutely love all configurations that this stroller has. My baby is 8 weeks old and she loves strolling around. The one complaint I do have about this stroller is that the carseat canopy makes a loud noise when you push move it around. It has definitely woken my baby up in the past. I also noticed that when I have the carseat canopy and the strollers canopy all closed, there is a small gap left. I tried to take a close up picture. However, this hasn't been a major issue for us.

Stroller is very smooth and light weight. It is very easy to set up. No hassles what so ever. My baby is only a newborn but we are enkoying the stroller!

Nice and not heavy. After almost three months of use the front tires and handle bar squeak a lot. It's annoying. It squeaks as you push and turn. It hasn't been used as much to squeak.

Horrible. If I could give this 0 stars I would. The buckle digs sooo deep into my daughters things that's she can't even stand to be inside it!! I don't even know what to do. Idk if I got a messed up one or if this is just a horrible product. Not happy at all and neither is my baby

This is so easy to set up and use, and you never forget how to fold and unfold it, like I do with my other strollers. My only slight problem with it is that my son is well under the weight requirement, but doesn't seem to have a lot of time left to use it. That said, I can use it for my newborn instead.
