We were in a serious accident with our children. Our truck went into the ditch , hit a culver pipe, endowed and hit a telephone pole, I the truck was totaled and the car seat was not damaged at all and my 1 year only had a mark on the side of his head.
I'm a NYS certified car seat inspector. I have never had issues with these seats before but the two that I have are the same design and so difficult to tighten. My 18 month is able to get her arm out of the harness. My husband can't even tighten the harness good enough. I can't find any recalls on this seat and I can't return it. I also can't wear to find a good number that allows me to speak to someone who will actually help.

The plastic piece holding the anchor straps in place broke after 2 weeks. I used this for my 11 month old who weighs 20lbs. The anchor straps are only held in place by a small cheap plastic piece.

We transitioned into this car seat over a month ago, and so happy with this car seat. It's comfortable, soft, and my daughter loves being in it. Highly recommend it!

My family loves this car seat, I bought one for my granddaughter 3 years ago, my daughter is now expecting another baby girl... And I quote, she texted me... "Mom all I want is for you to buy us a matching car seat for our newest daughter exactly the same one you got for Marcy... It has been perfect for us" So I'm going to. I'm also getting one for my other daughter, she's having a boy and this is her first. So I'll be ordering the dark pink and gray, and the black and gray!!! Wonderful product for the people you love most, safest and convenient!!!

This is the worst car seat we've ever had. I've installed this car seat numerous times in different vehicles. Sometimes I can get it secured and most of the time I can't. I don't have issues with our two other car seats of different brands. This car seat is frustrating to install and isn't as secure as others.

I love this seat. I have the pink one and purple. I've had one 4.5 years and the other about 3. Only complaint is I can't buy replacement stuff. Like the washable padding... which it's time for the one I've had the longest

This car seat is easy to install, it's great for infants and even toddlers. However, the booster part does not seem safe at all. There is no strap holder, I feel like the lap belt doesnt fit well either like it could just slip right off during an accident. My 6.5 year old is in the booster part but barely by an inch (literally) and she just doesnt look safe. The straps are digging into her neck and her 5 yr old brothers neck and they cannot go down anymore. I may need to just replace the strap covers??

It seems great but there's no carrying handle. Why would there not be a handle. I'm small and not sure if I can carry it without a handle so I'm thinking about returning it.
