Never again will we buy their baby monitor! Good luck getting it to work. If you want to save the headache we highly recommend going with a different brand, one that will supply a monitor that actually works.

The product nor the app work in the Dominican Republic and there was not a warning or disclosure.

This thing has been on and off since the day we got it, the company even replace the first one, and the replacement ended up being even worse than the original. Never buying this brand again.

I was initially excited to try out the Safety 1st Baby Wi-fi Monitor provided to me by the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I struggled keeping it connected to wi-fi regardless of where I had it in my house. I even tried it at my work and my in-laws, neither of which were successful experiences. When I was able to access the app, the video quality wasn't any better than what my current monitor provides. I did like that the camera itself is relatively small and discreet. While I did not have the best experience with this, I would still recommend as it was easy to set up and use when it did work.

This is a good quality wifi baby monitor. Initially had some connectivity issues, but customer support was very helpful troubleshooting. You need to use 2.4 GHz network and make sure that your 2.4 and 5 GHz networks have different names. Pros :Cute, good looking monitor. Very lightweight and easy to travel with. I like being able to use my phone for the video feed. I like that I can check in on baby even when I'm not home and grandma is watching her. The safety first app is also pretty good and I LOVE that it runs in the background and sends you notifications if there's sound or movement so that you don't have to constantly check the video feed. Cons : reliability is highly dependent on your wifi speed and capabilities. This is true with all wifi monitors of course, but I find myself feeling anxious and it really throws you for a loop if your internet goes out and you can't see baby. This video monitor has good functionality. I can keep an eye on my child both day and night. With this monitor, I feel confident. The simplicity with which I can invite family members to view the monitor is my favorite feature. This is fantastic for when my child spends the night at her grandmother's house or when we travel. I also enjoy the app that allows me to manage all of my safety 1st products. I didn't give this product five stars because of the setup. In order to connect my monitor to the Internet, I had to send a customer service an email. Customer service was excellent, and I received a quick reply to my email. They give me instructions on how to connect and modify the network settings. The problem wasn't with the product; rather, it was with my internet settings. Although it took more work than I anticipated, it was ultimately worthwhile. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

This monitor is beautifully designed. It is portable and light to carry when traveling. I do appreciate being able to see my child on the phone. Its sensitivity to sounds prevents me from using my sound machine, which is something I don't like. Since we live in an apartment, it is not a big deal, but if you own a house, it is something to consider. I like that a family member can access the monitor while babysitting and that the app is user-friendly. Although I had some trouble setting up the monitor, customer service was able to help. I received this monitor from the stellar testing product panel. I love the modern design of the monitor and how it blends in seamlessly with my child's nursery. It will flow with any modern clean white nursery. Also the set up was a breeze and it was easy to connect additional users to the app. However actually using the app needs improvement. Every time I log in it takes multiple attempts to get it to connect, and navigating the interface of the app takes time. Also the extra monthly charges of being able to access footage on thr cloud seems a bit excessive for thr monitor. Overall it's okay, great for asthetics but I don't love the functionality of the monitor
