- Start as early as 4 months old
- Stage 1: Gradual introduction of the top 3 allergens: peanut, egg, and milk one-at-a-time
- Stage 2: Continued exposure of the top 3 allergens
- Empty the contents of one packet into a bottle with at least 2oz of breastmilk or formula, or mix with food
- Shake bottle or stir for 10 seconds (works best with size 1+ nipples)
