  • Start as early as 4 months old
  • Stage 1: Gradual introduction of the top 3 allergens: peanut, egg, and milk one-at-a-time
  • Stage 2: Continued exposure of the top 3 allergens
  • Empty the contents of one packet into a bottle with at least 2oz of breastmilk or formula, or mix with food
  • Shake bottle or stir for 10 seconds (works best with size 1+ nipples)

I started using this product when my baby girl was 4 months old. I went through the entire starter pack and a maintenance box. My little girl had no reaction throughout the entire time that she was using this product so I assumed that she didn't have allergies to milk, eggs, or peanuts. Fast forward a few months. One Saturday my husband and I decided to give her some scrambled eggs. She was gobbling them up and then we noticed that she started getting hives around her mouth and then they spread all over her body. For a first time mom, this was extremely scary. I thought her throat was going to close up. We ended up calling our pediatrician and she had us administer Benadryl. The hives went away and she was fine. But I wasn't fine. I was scared to introduce my daughter to any more allergens because of that moment. We ended up taking her to a pediatric allergist who tested her and she came back positive for eggs AND peanuts. I am telling you the story above because I want you to be aware that just because you use this product doesn't mean that you should automatically assume that your child has no allergies to milk, peanuts, or eggs. The actual product is very easy to use and the flavor is mild. I did notice that once you are on the end of the start pack and the maintenance stage packets, your milk/formula will take on a peanut taste. My daughter didn't mind it but just be aware. Also, sometimes the packets didn't fully dissolve and they would clog the holes on our como tomo bottles. I wouldn't consider this a *major* issue because all I had to do is shake it clear but again, just something to be aware of.

My baby had a reaction on day 5 and they don’t have a return policy. I wish that would have been clear when I purchased the 90 day package! I certainly would have only bought the first month. I also wish the allergens were separated, because we can’t expose our baby to peanut since he reacted to the egg. Pro: It was easy to use.

I was afraid that the powder might change the flavor of my breast milk, and her rice cereal that my daughter might not take it. I’m glad It didn’t affect the taste of the breast milk, my daughter did not reject it.

The powder doesn’t dissolve very well, despite milk being warm and shaking vigorously. I wish the packets were thinner. That would make it easier to pour into bottles. They’re too wide and I always spill some powder.

This one is super amazing. Each bag has noted for which day it should be used. It is super convenient and I don't have to try to remember anything. It helps me a lot since I am so busy. Also, it can help the child to learn to eat all the stuffs and reduce the food allergies later on. I definitely recommend this to everyone. It's always hard to determine if a baby enjoys something new (since every flavor is brand new and confusing), but mine doesn't seem to particularly mind it. We haven't had any issues with the potential allergens thus far, so that might be encouraging. The long term goal of trying to avoid future allergen issues is impossible to really assess, so I can't speculate on that. However, as I mentioned, we haven't had any particular issues so far. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.
