Amazing, and highly commended. Apps do work, and are great. Camara is amazing, Alexa system comes in handy, and after trying 3 different other camera systems, this one is by far the best.
I really want to like this more than I do. To start with the positive, the camera is great! Easy to setup and control from my phone. The picture quality is good and the design is nice so it’s not super obtrusive in the nursery. The app, leaves something to be desired. When I turn on sound or movement notifications, it just sends an alert but doesn’t switch to sound on. That means, every time I want to check that alert, I have to open the app and then open the camera. In the middle of the night, it’s cumbersome and I have essentially gone back to only using it occasionally and just go in to check baby myself which defeats the purpose. The Alexa portion is not helpful. I should have just gotten an Alexa dot and used it separately. Every time you want to do something you have to say “Alexa, turn on the PN camera” then give a command. If you don’t say it in full or clear enough, there is a lot of back and forth which then makes me just grab my phone and do it myself. I have only used the Alexa a couple of times and now have reverted to using my sound machine for quicker response. Overall, I think it could use some improvements but it is nice. I would probably just buy the camera and parent screen one instead.

Most reviewers rated this product a 1/5, yes. Very finicky & difficult setup process, requiring multiple apps on your phone. Better hope you don't have to contact the Electronics Division; they're in desperate need of CUSTOMER SERVICE training! Terrible!

We registered for this because it supposedly connects to Alexa. Guess what... it doesn't. The night vision on the camera is horrible. It picks up very little noise to the point where our little man was crying and we didn't know because the monitor wasn't picking it up.

I wish I could give negative stars. I typically do not leave reviews but this has to be one of the WORST products I’ve ever come across. The user friendliness is equal to that of a 15 year old Furby that’s been submerged in kool aid. Every time it gets unplugged I have to get on the phone with customer service. This item was recommended by a buy buy baby employee while doing our registry. Learn from my mistake - DO NOT BUY! I am in the market for a new monitor.

Camera worked for about maybe a month. App deletes the camera randomly, video freezes for upwards of hours at a time, randomly wont work at all. Been a very difficult experience for me.

This product is horrible! It is very often I view the monitor to see a sleeping baby yet hear my child screaming and throwing a fit in the next room. Even the Alexa is unresponsive to voice commands. I have called support line to get items to sync but cameras never work properly. (Note: I work remotely and have excellent wifi connectivity)

I bought this with the hope that it was a fully integrated alexa product. Its actually very basic in its abilities. The camera times out after several minutes of viewing, the smart speaker barely stays connected and often wakes up our daughter because it can’t stay connected to the network when our other echo products are able to, and it frequently requires me to disconnect it and reconnect it to work which only works for a brief period of time. At this point we only use the camera because it’s marginally functional. We’ve unplugged the speaker entirely and replaced it with an echo dot. I wouldn’t recommend this even to someone I disliked.
