Used this bag for two days while in Disney World and the right strap separated from the bottom of the bag. No way to repair. Stinks to spend this kind of money on something that I had to throw away after just a few days of use!

I get more complements on this bag than any other I’ve ever owned!! It’s SO CUTE! But that’s the only thing I love about it. After 1 year of light use, the strap completely ripped while I was wearing it. Very disappointed since this has never happened with any other backpack I’ve owned and it happens to be the most expensive.

I have the larger Cinderella backpack. After 6 months of use, the strap came completely undone from the seam. Customer service was great in sending me a replacement bag and now the same issue is happening with the replacement bag. Very frustrating.

Love it! The colors and pattern are even cuter in person! Lots of space for all baby items. Can’t find quality like this, this bag will definitely outlast all of my other diaper bags.

I recieved this as a baby shower gift. It was the one I had my eye on for a very long time. I was over the moon when I recieved it. Within 2 weeks of using it minimally the straps came undone on the bottom. I've had it fixed twice now. I cant return it since it was a gift. But when someone spends $170 on a backpack you would expect it to be durable, made to last. This one is not. Heartbreaking.
