Material Came apart at seam after only a few months of use. I contacted the company because of the warrenty; however, because I didn't have a receipt or proof of purchase, they would not replace it! I understand its the seam; however, for this price point and their warrenty should cover when a parent gets this as a gift. Very disappointed in customer support. After I emailed them about it being a gift, they stopped responding to me.
It's a beautiful backpack! It is a gift for my DIL and I know she will love it

Decent but design needs tweaking. The backpack to side carry feature is great in theory but the straps easily twist themselves up and constantly end up backwards. The size and capacity is great but i also think a bit ml ore structure to the shape would be nice. I want a bag the aize of the cinch but with the structure of the tempo.

I looove this bag! Got it as a gift from my husband to prepare for our first baby and it’s so versatile and aesthetically pleasing. It came with the changing mat however the wipes case was missing and when I let an employee know at Buy Buy Baby, they couldn’t do anything about it.

Perfect size and style I was looking for. I don't have babies, I just wanted something like this for when travelling and it's perfect!

I love this bag for a lot of different reasons. It’s big enough to fit our milk cooler in so it’s one less thing to carry in our hands. I love how easy it is to organize everything with the different pockets. The biggest downside is that the zipper to the main compartment is broken already and I only got it about a month ago. Really big bummer considering how much money you spend on this bag. Hard to want to spend the money again on another one when this is likely to happen again.
