After a few months of regular use, the “leather” started peeling off. I contacted customer service and they refused to replace since I did not have the receipt (it was a gift and we no longer have contact with the person who purchased). Now I have an eye sore in my home and no assistance. Very disappointed.

The ONLY thing I like about this chair is the recline of the seat. My baby is 4mo old so it helps when he’s drinking his bottle or if he has fallen asleep because it reclines so far back. And the slimness of it when it’s folded up. That was one main reason I got this chsir bc I have a small kitchen & I needed something that was slim and not in the way. Other than that, I HATE this chair. It’s hard to squeeze the piece in front of the tray to slide the tray in & out, it’s also hard to slide the tray itself in and out. I have to lock the front wheels just to take the tray on and off. It doesn’t comes out smoothly, it’s like k have to wiggle the tray out. And having to fold the tray up to line up with the red dot is just annoying. When it comes to trying to fold it up, that’s annoying as well.. I have to make sure the front wheels are locked and when I get it folded if the back wheels aren’t lines up correctly, the chair will fall over. Then I have to either carry the chair to where I want to store it, & even then the back wheels come unaligned to the correct position to keep it staring up so I almost have to slightly slam it on the floor to get the wheels aligned correctly. And the shoulder straps, I have them tightened as far as they go and they’re still not tight enough. Since My baby can’t sit up on his own yet he, falls over. The straps don’t keep him up. It’s just TOO much stuff to do with this chair, there’s nothing simple or easy about it. Other than it’s appearance, that’s all it has going for it.

This high chair is so gorgeous and beautifully made that I highly recommend it. I purchased it for my grandchild and I know it will be here for all the blessings that follow him.

I hate this highchair so much, a $300 piece of garbage. I wish I hadn't taken the recommendation and gone with a Graco instead. The tray is perpetually broken. We've gotten a replacement from the company but that one is broken too which clearly indicates it's an internal malfunction. It's also big and bulky and a pain to clean. The straps actually never come completely clean no matter how we try and scrub them.

We registered and received it as a gift before our baby came. Being first time parents and not having researched enough, this high chair looked good with adjustable heights& reclining options. Oh boy was I wrong. Once my baby started eating solids, all the mess that got into nooks& crevices of the chair are impossible to clean, the chair takes up a large space and we’re always tripping over the legs that extends far back, and rolling chairs only works in certain directions and very inconvenient. Also, for some reason the seat kind of swallows up even though she’s a tall baby for 6.5 months old. And she’s always slouching sideways a little but she can sit up straight by herself. Removable tray is very hard to wash too. Just so bulky. I ended up buying Nomi high chair from buy buy baby which is only slightly more expensive than this but soooooo much better, lighter and easier to clean. I highly suggest Nomi which was designed by the same designer of Stokke tripp trapp but newer and better…for any first time parents out therefore. I listed this Peg perego high chair for sale on my local mom group real cheap and still nobody wanted it lol

I got this and a couple other high chairs and this won, obviously, but only over the inconveniences of the others. I love the wheels, i love that I can wipe clean the seat, however, it cannot receive an honest 5 stars for me as there are major setbacks (at least for most moms). It is very hard to clean as it has many creases, you can easily wipe the seat but oh the creases, they don’t get wiped as easily. I wet q tips and clean the corners which takes hours. The belts are super hard to wash and have to be unscrewed but it is doable. The seat cover is lovely as it has a cushion but it cannot be machine washed so I washed it by hand and twisted it till I thought all the water was out. Nope! It took 3 whole days under the sun to dry leaving my child without a high chair and I had to resort to using his stroller and then the stroller got dirty and I was super frustrated, wishing I had gone with another option. I love the tray that is removed but if I remove it and keep feeding baby and that gets dirty, as well, it takes a very long time to drain the water out of the original tray piece as there are so many holes and corners. It never fully drains and that makes me worried as it can catch mold. Somehow, crumbs fall all the way below the seat cover just from the holes of the seat belt. Basically, I really like it but at the same time don’t. Aesthetically, it is beautiful and has many options to choose from to match home decor or just to choose. It also reclines and the height adjusts which is amazing because my child has fallen asleep multiple times and it felt great to simply recline him and I continued with my dinner without interruption. You can also feed by a coffee table or dinner table as it adjusts.

Spent way too much for a damaged high chair, the box was damaged, the plastic parts where you insert the tray on both sides are damaged. I had watched a youtube video about it, and the tray had came with a cover over it, (to protect it), there was no cover and you can see finger prints so clearly somebody else returned it and they did not even bother to clean it and put the plastic cover back on. I’ll post pictures so you can see what I mean. Do not waste your time or money. Also the strap has a small hole.
