Buy Buy baby is horrible! Customer service is awful, products are awful, they don’t provide you with the extra services you pay for. You can pay for white glove delivery and the delivery driver will drop off a soaking wet muddy box to your house at 830 pm and refuse to do anything but drop it off. Have been arguing with buy buy baby for a month trying to get my delivery services refunded

I purchased the crib, dresser, and nightstand for my first born. I was so excited especially of the color and design on the crib. When I opened the box it smelled very strong of paint fumes. My baby was sleeping in his bassinet with me at the time so I gave it 4 months to air out. Yes it took 4 months! Once the smell faded away and started using it I noticed within 2 months of usage it started to chip on the dresser and crib. I even got a smaller splinter on my finger. I always worried that my son would rub his hands on the crib and get one too. Although the color and sturdiness of the furniture is good (which is why I gave 2 stars instesd of 1) I definitely would not purchase again for my second baby or recommend this product to anyone. Its definitely not worth the risk of baby getting hurt or the money.

Painted chipped within six months and my child wasn't even using it.. looks like trash. Awful awful. I bought better furniture for a quarter of the price of this set. They should not sell this anymore!

The set is sturdy, but for seemingly no reason massive paint chips come off the top of the dresser and crib and make this piece look cheap and terrible. Either do not buy or put some kind of sealer over the paint immediately upon receiving it. mine started chipping right away and by one year it looks horrendous.

Solid wooden dresser. And absolutely beautiful dresser. Drawers slide easy and very quite when closing. Easy to wipe down and clean. Enough space for everything

We have had this for less than a year and there are all chips on it! No idea how it chipped since there is nothing on it! Terribly made and very disappointed especially for the price!

I bought this dresser right before my little one came in June 2020, and I can honestly say I love her dresser. The drawers don’t slam shut, they’re smooth to pull in and out, and it’s beautiful. I love that the middle top drawer has a felt bottom.

received two and both were damaged. We only ordered this dresser because it matched the crib. It took forever to get in. When it arrived it was cracked and damaged. The customer service department was a nightmare to deal with. We finally were able to return it. A replacement was delivered about a month later. The replacement is worse than the first. The box was completely damaged. The dresser has a terrible paint job. We removed the drawers to find more cracks and damage. There was visible damage all over it. The drawers don’t close fully. We removed them to find damage and an exposed loose screw. The customer service department again was a nightmare and did not offer any reasonable solution and now the dresser is back to being out of stock. We have to find a way to fix all of the damage and try and match the paint (which seems difficult because of the color). I couldn’t even include photos of all of the damage because there was so much and I can only upload 6 pics. Very disappointed.
