Looked nice at first. I've had this product for over a year and it's truly such junk. Made for kids yet it's gotten so damaged in such a short time..You're not getting quality with this piece.

Crib looks great but baby hasn’t even used the crib yet and material is already cracking and chipping….

The acrylic pieces came with a residue on them and it did not completely come off. The bits I was able to wipe off required a lot of energy to get off and I ended up giving up. The part that clips into the crib that the mattress goes on is black. You can’t tell from the images Bc they have it covered but you’ll have to get a bed skirt to cover this otherwise it stands out. I’m not sure why they couldn’t make it white.

I bought this with the intent to get new drawer pulls to match my gold theme. I initially wanted the ikea hemnes dresser but it was sold out. This dresser has very unique handles that cannot be replaced. I searched EVERYWHERE (Home Depot, Lowe’s, random shops). I ended up spray painting the handle edges gold. It doesn’t look bad but if you planned to get handles for this dresser, you can’t. The dresser overall is simple, clean, and good quality.

I am so disappointed in having to write this review but I hope that by writing this I can save the stress and tears of a fellow mom. Do yourselves a huge favor and do not buy any expensive furniture for your nursery from buybuyBaby. I purchased a crib and dresser and both arrived severely damaged. I was able to exchange the crib because it comes in pieces but the dresser I am being forced to keep. When you call to try to resolve the issue you are contacting the county of Philippines and customer service who has no authority to assist you in a real way. Buybuybaby does not care about you as a customer and the run around that you experience is like no other.
