I just purchased the Hubble Nursery Pal Premium. There is an issue with the monitor image displaying properly. The images appear, then the screen turns black, then these steps repeat. Once the monitor is turned on this cycle continues, resulting in the screen never displaying an accurate streaming video because it is continuously interrupted by the black screen.

Received item as a baby shower gift, it stalls and doesn’t always show anything on the screen. The screen also blinks so when it is showing anything it flashes. Do not buy, will be disappointed

DO NOT BUY - The camera quality is horrible, the parent unit connection is awful (and i have very fast internet). You have to buy a monthly subscription to use and the app quality isn't worth it

This is an awful baby monitor. We have now been two, the first one the parent unit stoped working in less then 3 months, I was able to return to and exchange it for another, the one we have now will not play music or allow us to two way talk, it also consistently goes “offline” when I try to look on my phone which is incredible inconvenient because the whole point is to be able to see the baby. We spent a lot of money on this monitor and I regret buying it, Im so disappointed, all I wanted was to be able to check in on my baby and 85% of the time is won’t let me. I would not recommend this to anyone
Absolutely terrible monitor. Constantly disconnecting, toggle on back of parents unit is too loose and it does not sit up anymore after having it less than a year. Always having to reset. Remote pan does not work in one direction, need to physically go into baby’s room to move it. I had to return the first one I bought after a week as the parent unit screen was all pixelated. Wish I would have exchanged for a better monitor at that point.
DO NOT BUY. Had issues w/ "parent unit" (screen) from the start. Opened claim & sent whole unit back (as instructed) in July 2022. They only returned "parent unit". Contacted them again and they said they would send camera ASAP. It is now October 2022 and we STILL have not received it. The warranty company (Binatone) no longer responds to us. MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN as we no longer have a monitor for our (now) 5 month old baby. Disgraceful - will never buy from Hubble again.
This thing is steaming pile of crap. The app is awful and buggy. The camera frequently disconnects (like every 5 seconds frequently) from the monitor, even when they are right next to each other. Waste of time and money,

The app's performance also depends on other variants such as network upload speed and WiFi signal strength detected by the camera. We recommend at least 90% and if the signal is below, try moving the camera to a position that receives a better signal or the router closer.

I should have known from the start that this monitor wasn’t going to be worth what I paid for it (which wasn’t cheap!) - while setting it up, the manual pointed me to the “on off switch” … which doesn’t exist on the camera. You can see ridges in the plastic where it should be however, so I brought it back to the store and found that none of them have it. Weird? Anyway, I should have returned it then. It is delayed, it flickers on and off every 3 seconds, it needs the strongest wifi connection known to man (we have great wifi)… without it it will freeze to the point where you can’t even shut it down by holding the power button. My baby is 4 months old, she has been sleeping in our room until 3 nights ago so I didn’t rely heavily on the monitor until now. I haven’t slept much because I’m too busy making sure I can hear/see her (oh, picture quality is pretty poor at night and sound isn’t great either). I hoped when I bought this monitor I’d have peace of mind, yet I am more stressed now and running into her nursery constantly because of this thing. I can’t speak to other makes/models, because unfortunately this is the one I chose, but for the price - consider something else.
