My monitor broke after only using it for seven months. I have been unable to get in touch with customer service as they do not have a phone number to call. I’ve sent multiple messages the other online service and no one has gotten back to me.
Awful. Brand new out of the box and both monitors didn't work. The replacement monitors are refurbished with scratches all over them and the thermometers don't work. Customer service is awful and takes weeks to get back to you.
Unable to reset cameras and monitor after only 6 months of use.
I bought this over Black Friday weekend and, from first set up, have had issues pairing one of the cameras. From first set up in December, I have reached out to customer service over 10 times with not one response and it is now almost March. I had hoped to resolve this issue quickly without sharing my concerns publicly, but now I want all to be spared the headache of this product and nonexistent customer service. I am past due with baby number 2 and now only have 1 working camera despite purchasing 2 which adds unnecessary worry and stress at this hectic time. Learn from me and don’t waste your time and money on this horrible company.
Bad electronics that break quickly with warranties that are invalid. I have enjoyed all of my other purchases at Buy Buy baby. I have spent hundreds of dollars there and I expected my electronic baby monitor to be excellent as are the majority of products I received form there including baby clothes, car seats, etc But the first electronic device I bought from them (The Hubble Connected) baby monitor broke after a few months. Buy buy baby told me they cannot return the product after 60 days. Bought in May and it broke after about three months... The manager at Buy Buy baby informed me I should get full refund from Hubble Connected and she gave me the phone number for Hubble contact lenses by mistake, after informing that they do not Reimburse products beyond the 60 day return policy dated on my Buy Buy Baby receipt. And Hubble Connected only has customer service via e-mail and web chat. They gave me a warranty for one year then tell me that can only be returned in two weeks. Buy Buy baby should not carry such terrible products. I went for the cheapest monitor and next time I'll buy direct from the electronic baby monitor provider. Buy Buy baby did not attempt to refund me my money for a faulty product I bought at their store. If you shop at Buy buy baby please be aware that they may give you a cheaper product that has such bad customer service your one year warranty is worthless. What is the point of registering a product off I can only return it in the first two weeks? Money down the drain.
One monitor stopped working and other is very poor quality now , we can’t see the baby at all at night

Monitor stopped working after 6 months, the quality of the camera is terrible and the app never works. Customer service is terrible and took over a month to send a replacement. Would not recommend.
The only happy thing here is that I am still under the return policy time frame. This literally stopped working in less than a month. Both camera kept disconnecting, the night vision stopped working. And now the camera doesn’t even turn on. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a decent baby monitor.
