Monitor stopped working after 6 months, the quality of the camera is terrible and the app never works. Customer service is terrible and took over a month to send a replacement. Would not recommend.

The only happy thing here is that I am still under the return policy time frame. This literally stopped working in less than a month. Both camera kept disconnecting, the night vision stopped working. And now the camera doesn’t even turn on. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a decent baby monitor.

These monitors are constantly disconnecting and after 4 months of use would no longer connect to the parent monitor. The customer service is awful and I’ve been back and forth with them for weeks. They made me try 100 different troubleshooting options including sending a video of me going through the steps. They won’t replace my device and want me to send the device back at my own expense before giving me a new one. Waste of money.

Do NOT BUY THIS HORRIBLE CAMERA. The support is horrible online only, when they send you a new part it takes FOREVER. Not user friendly. Went thru two diff monitors and each having a different issue

Bought this and was unable to get second camera to connect to the system with resetting everything multiple times and trying all possible means via the instructions and tech support. Exchanged that monitor for the same one in store and was able to get both cameras connected, but after a few months the handheld device wouldn’t hold a charge and the connection to the second camera was lost again and couldn’t be viewed on the app- making it practically useless.

This camera is honestly the biggest pain in the butt. We received it for our first born as a baby shower gift. It was difficult to set up and once set up, despite nothing changing, the cameras often go offline or suddenly stop working. This is especially frustrating when you spend a long time putting your baby to bed only to realize that the cameras have stopped working. I don't recommend this for anyone. Customer service has also been nothing short of atrocious.
We’re on our 4th child so we’ve had a few monitors along the way and this is my least favour. The picture on the parent unit often becomes pixelated, the cameras loose connection and the battery life isn’t great. The app is terrible, the controls don’t respond well and often times the cameras show offline so I can’t see anything on my phone. Very disappointed in this, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
