Our son is seeing a Pathologist for feeding therapy. We recently started baby purées and was recommended these spoons by our SLP. They are great. They easy for baby to hold and love to chew on. We just lay spoons down and let him figure out what he wants to do with them. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re not wanting a mess to clean up. These are to teach baby to feed himself and familiarize himself with different textures. We love them and so does baby!

After reading all the reviews and doing many research, I have to admit that I am beyond disappointed. I am sorry to say the following, however, to me this is absolutely useless…
Don’t use these unless you have TIME to let the baby learn and make a huuuuge mess however this “spoon” has been great fun for us as my 6 month old learns to feed himself (I hand him the spoon with oatmeal on it. He makes a huge mess and it’s funny. He likes to chomp on the spoon but hasn’t gagged on it like other spoons. As with all things in a high chair I wish it had a hole for a strap!
The Blue one is useless, My baby did not like it at at. The yellow one was handy till my baby was not comfortable with spoon. However the biggest problem is the short handle, which make it hard for my baby to grab and play with it. Very expensive for not that useful tool

Perfect for 1st cereal. Baby doesn't know how to chew so the material is perfect! Just a bit pricey but as a mom, you can do it! :)
Got these for my grandson. Feedback was that these spoons are smaller than expected. My grandson was already using other baby spoons so he didn't care for these, but he still uses them
