This product is horrible. It makes a terrible noise every time you attempt to to close the lid and you have to stick your hand all the way inside the pale to get the diapers in. I would not recommend this product To anyone!

This is such an annoying and expensive diaper pail. The bags are expensive and fill up fast, especially with newborns that go through a lot of diapers. The worst part is you have to smush your diapers down to fit in, which usually makes a huge mess and all the goop gets on your hands. If you don’t do this, it makes a really loud sound when you close it that startles the baby. I hate hate hate hate this. Waste of money. Only giving it three stars because I guess it works the way it was designed.

13 months of use. We live in a 900 square foot apartment and our diaper pail and changing table are smack dab in the middle of our living area. I never smell dirty diapers unless my husband forgets to close the lid.

Everyone told us not to buy/register for a diaper pail but I didn’t want to stink up our main trash can with dirty diapers. I purchased this one with gift cards before baby was born and it’s the best thing! All smells are contained, easy to use and change bags. My only con is that the lid doesn’t close automatically and I have forgotten a few times but still no issues with it stinking up the room if I forget. This FTM would definitely recommend this to other parents!

My husband and I received this off our registry and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Super easy to use and we don’t smell A THING! It’s also very sleek looking for a diaper pail. We loved it so much we got a second one so we can have one upstairs in his nursery and one downstairs for diaper changes down there, which is a great tip if you have 2 levels (double up on things you’ll use often so you can have one upstairs and one downstairs; running all over the house is no fun).

really like the munchkin diaper pail. step on it to open the lid. manually close the lid when done filling it. there is no odor from the pail. there are 2 bag options and you use one or the other. I prefer the ring. it stores more diapers before changing the bag. the snap and seal is easy too but needs to be changed more. I can't believe how many diapers and wipes we go through!!

I’m a mommy of now 4 and let me tell you! This diaper pail is a nose saver!! With my first 3 I didn’t get a diaper pail..I was completely against it. I felt like why do I need one when I can use my recycled grocery bags to get rid of the dirty diapers…yes, I know I was being cheap..but with my newborn I gave in and bought one!! To be honest I’m glad I did!! I’ve had it for a month now and there’s no smell and I don’t have to search for recycled grocery bags to put the dirty diaper in…I definitely would recommend Munchkin diaper pail.

It seems to be working OK but something to consider is that you can't use it easily on a thick carpet. We put a cardboard layer under it to even out the surface, otherwise it would have tipped over every time we stepped on it. I wish it had a bit more weight at the bottom so it didn't feel so flimsy.
