I love this belt! It gets me through the work day. The quality is a great material. I wear it on my 8 hour shifts at work and it eases the strain on my back .

Returned it as this belt was way too bulky with a lot of velcro. I’m sure if you are looking for heavy duty this is more up your alley than it was mine.

Not as comfortable as my Motif. It's a bit too stiff, but definitely better than nothing and the price is great

The belt does not fit correctly. I ordered a small based on my size before pregnancy. The very large tag is in the way of the Velcro closure and even when the tag was cut off the belt comes undone when I sit down. I’ve only worn it a hand full of times (maybe 5). Now I can’t return it because the tag has been cut.

Easy to use and provides good support! Side straps usually have to be undone and reattached to comfortably stretch band around waist after taking off
