Terrible customer service
Our parents bought us the entire collection for our son. Within a couple of months the paint was peeling off the crib and the dresser. We contacted Buy Buy Baby and they directed us to the manufacturer, who in turn sent us a small jar of touch up paint. The paint color is darker and since then there are many more spots that are peeling. After numerous unreturned emails, we called the company and they never got back to us. We proceeded to write a letter on 3/5/20 and another on 10/5/20. To date we have yet to hear from anyone! Though we love the furniture, it should not be peeling like this and we would not recommend this company! As a matter of fact, we are having our second child any day now (back to back) and we bought her entire set from a different manufacturer!

No Toddler Conversion for Coastal White
Love the Coastal White crib. I was so excited when I received it and put it together. Immediately went to try and order the toddler conversion kit. It wasn’t available in the coastal white. I reached out to Customer Service who said they would notify me when it was back in stock. I contacted the manufacturer to check on timing. Followed up with Customer Service, who now says it has been dropped from the items they carry. Given this crib is exclusive to BuyBuyBaby, I am now screwed when it comes time to convert to a toddler bed. Customer Service offered for me to return the item, but I live 200 miles from the closest store and a crib isn’t the easiest thing to pack up and ship back. I have now reached out to MillionDollar Baby, again, begging for a viable toddler-bed-conversion option.

Coastal white is not WHITE
The color looks nothing like the sample or picture on the website I would call it yellow before anything close to white. Very bulky if working with a little smaller space add 4 inches to dimensions when measuring. Very sad I made this purchase extremely disappointed.
Horrible customer service and products.
Buybuy baby is an extremely self centered company focused on getting your money and doing nothing but delaying your order and purchases. If they are not about customer service and after dealing with damaged products, horrible customer service, no responses and missing items worth thousands, will take our business elsewhere where. Never again.

coastal white is not like the sample in the store
Honestly this is a high quality set but I am so sad the coastal white looks nothing like the sample in store. It is more cream/yellow. I waited months for this set to deliver and painting the room to match the sample in the store and all. So so upset.

poor quality
We absolutely love this million dollar baby set, it is beautiful. Unfortunately, only after a few months of use the stain started coming off of the top of the dresser. We purchased touch up markers which DO NOT work and actually make the wearing worse. It was a very expensive dresser that i though should have lasted for years. Very disappointed with the quality.

Very upset and discouraged about this situation i paid for this and I paid for delivery and it was damaged. I asked for a refund and they were giving me attitude. Not my fault their stuff came damaged they need to have better manners and help people out not talk back to customers

Stunning Piece
Exactly what we needed for our guest room. Ordered the first one to test it out. Shipped fine, only issue was a manufacturers defect with the bottom drawer. BBB refunded a discount for the defected drawer that we will fix ourselves. Overall this is a very well made piece. Very happy with it.
