I wrote a review and I never heard from you so obviously you don’t read them.

I have had this glider for 7 1/2 months (since my son was born). About 2 months ago it started to squeak and grind periodically when rocked or glided side to side. Something is off with the construction. My husband who is very mechanically inclined was not able to remedy it either with tightening bolts and WD40. As far as the ergonomics, I agree with some of the other reviews. I abs 5’4 and my husband 6’4. At my height I can’t rest my head, the back cushion goes to the base of my skull. If I lean back I am looking at the ceiling. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to rest my head while my baby naps. The armrests are very low. But this does not bother me as I keep a lumbar pillow on the chair that I use to prop my arm up holding my son. If you would prefer an armrest this chair is not the one for you. The fabric is beautiful (we got the cream colored one). Design wise this chair is beautiful, but functionally not so much. The company is sending us a replacement so hoping it works better as I spend a lot of time in this glider

So I read a review that said it squeaks and thought it would be just that one unlucky persons chair. Also- my husband is super handy- so tighten something. Loosen something. Spray something. It should be fine. No. Just no. The chair pops and cracks and squeaks. My husband has worked on the chair- almost weekly. It makes it better but for only a couple days. I can’t rock my baby. That is a key part of being a mother. Cuddles and rocking. Also the pillow flips down every time you get out of the chair. Which is just obnoxious. It looks great. Smaller profile. Which is what I wanted but this chair is annoying. So annoying that I’m sitting here actually writing a review. Just don’t bother with this chair!!!

We bought this chair in December 2020. We were so thrilled to receive it. We loved the style of this chair and that it swiveled AND rocked - something so hard to find when wanting a particular style. However, we are less than a year of having it and have had numerous issues. It squeaks heavily when rocking and the stitching has started to come apart. I thought I could fix the squeaking myself by getting a joint sweller but, alas, the bottom is stapled on. I’m not about to tear it apart. We bought an identical chair from another retailer about a month after this one and that chair has held up gloriously. I think we got a lemon, but I’m not sure how to make this situation into lemonade…

We’re 6 months into having this chair and it’s SO. CREAKY. Not the metal gliding part…the actual frame. I’m so disappointed. For the price, I thought this would have been made better. I turned it over to add something to the wooden joints and there’s really no way to service it without ripping the fabric up. So frustrated.

My new grandson and daughter-in-law love it. It provides such a comfort to them both while feeding. Fits perfectly in the nursery. A definite thumbs up!

I love that the chair is a beautiful piece of furniture for the nursery, seems well made and was reasonably priced. It's comfortable to sit in for story time but rocking to put baby to sleep was not so great for me, here's why: The back of the chair is slanted. I found myself slipping down the chair and nearly out of it with a 20 pound baby in my arms. I hated that! I'm 5'4, if I were taller it maybe it wouldn't have been an issue? The arms of the chair are low, there is no support for your arm. An additional pillow really helps. Love that it swivels to turn away from distractions. The chair is really nice. I would just prefer it had a straight back and higher arms for more support.

Love the look and feel of this chair BUT the back does not come up high enough to rest your head/neck for reference I’m 5’5 and cannot comfortably lay my head back. Deal breaker for us.
