Not only is this delicious, I have seen an improvement in my production of breast milk with eating one pack a day. I ordered both flavors and prefer this flavor.

Definitely delicious though a little too sugary for me sometimes, very good dipped in coffee :) not really sure if they're helping with supply but they're a good snack to have around

I tried these cookies and they are amazingly tasty, but unfortunately I had a severe allergic reaction to them. I had to contact the company to find out what allergens we’re missing from the packaging, as I am always very careful to read the ingredients thoroughly. All in all it’s a great tasting cookie that did help me lactate in spite of sending me into anaphylactic shock. Bummer I can’t eat them.

I bought 2 bags of this to try it because my supply is only 2 or 3 oz per pump so I wanted to increase it but did not see any increase on my milk supply. Cookies does taste really good but did not see any benefit for me at least.
