Mii™ Sophie la Girafe® 5 oz. Stage 1 Wide Neck Slow Flow Forever Bottle

I didn't purchase them from here but through another site and we love these bottles. I have learned you can only tighten a very small amount or they do leak and instead of shaking them I rotate them in a circle and it works fine.

Sturdy, and beautiful design and color ... but just not worth the price! These bottles are designed to have holes at the top rim of the of bottle to help relieve gas ... but these bottles are constantly dripping milk off the holes even when you tighten all the way. It's especially drippy (goes down the side of the bottle) when the baby turns the bottle upright from a feeding/laying down position. We end up losing close to 1/4 of the contents of the bottle onto the baby's shoulder. If you use formula, the lids don't screw on (only pop on/off without a seal) , so there's no way to shake/mix the formula in the bottle without spilling milk all over the place. They do sell silicone "caps" separately. We've found that if you use a sweatband/wristband over the blue ring that's helped to contain the leakage.. but stick it back in the diaper bag and expect a pool of milk at the bottom of the bag if it was tossed around the back seat of a car. Overall, think the company could work on the concept a little more. Not sure why the high price end except for the Sophie name.
