I can’t recommend these enough. Truly saved me the first few weeks. They are so soothing and truly help you heal!!! Also, it’s so easy to wear your normal clothes comfortably unlike so many other options!
After one day back to work - pumping about three times- I realized I NEED MORE Tender care hydrogel pads! So I bought like 20? They can be reused but I had to buy them for my friends! It’s my little reward when I’m done pumping!

I had very sore/chapped nipples from breastfeeding so I got these to help. I am not entirely sure what they are intended to be used for...the cooling effect is only for a couple minutes. Otherwise, I assume it is to keep your clothes from rubbing on your nipples--not totally explicit thats what it is used for. These are also a little cumbersome with breastfeeding, since you have to wipe off the adhesive residue from your breast before breastfeeding. Not sure it was totally worth the purchase...

I got a pair of these at the hospital after delivery from the lactation consultants - the thought of another latch was bringing me to tears my nipples were so sore and beaten up from those first tries. The LC popped these on me and my whole look on life changed. Right away my husband ordered more and they got me through the first few weeks while my body was getting used to breastfeeding for the first time. They were cool and comfortable to wear under my bra and definitely helped sooth sore nipples. 100% recommend

This product was very helpful and soothing but I was disappointed that it’s not safe for breastfeeding like most soothing ointments and creams. I would have to make sure I remembered to wash it off before latching.

It's unfortunate that the gel pads did not offer the care I seek, but their lanolin cream is fantastic. I also just purchase the sore nipple shields, I'm excited.
