I've had no issue with leaks and I'm using the same bottles from my first born for my second. I've not had to replace them at all. I cannot recommend this bottle enough. All the other "slow" flow nipples were always way too fast and leaked. Zero issues with this one. Also haven't had issues with nipple confusion with either of my babies.
Although it’s been many years since using the Haberman nippled bottle, I just have to say how happy I am to see it available for purchase in a store. My daughter was born with a cleft palette and let me tell you we struggled a lot with finding replacements when the nipple would crack/rip. I remember having to go beg the nurses at the hospital for another bc at that time we only were able to order online and insurance did not cover this. My daughter is now 15 years old... Thank you medela!!! I’ve read several reviews that the nipples don’t last and they crack. I believe this is due to how our precious babies have to extract the milk from the nipples. This was a issue 15 years ago and will most likely continue. This brand and bottle keeps are children feed, don’t knock it, appreciate it.

My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate and we’ve been using this special needs feeder since I can’t breastfeed. I love this bottle but, unfortunately, the hole in the nipple tears/splits in less than a month of use. I have bought 3 nipples now in the last month and a half and each one has torn at the hole making the flow way too fast for my little one. It’s a shame this happens because this is not a cheap product.

Our darling Georgia was born with a cleft palate and as a result isn’t latching or able to feed from a regular bottle. Thus bottle has been a life saver to get her fed and off of a feeding tube. It’s a learning curve to get the hang of how to use the bottles effectively-it took us a couple of days to feel fully confident. We have been using the same bottle for every feed for the last 4 days and haven’t run into any issues with leaking. The down side is how expensive these bottles are-it seems unnecessary because they only have 2 small parts that regular bottles don’t have. I find Medela is expensive all around.

The bottle helps tremendously to feed our baby with a cleft lip. Unfortunately after just a month the bottle nipple hole tears. 2 of the 3 nipples, so we need to spend more $ now. She keeps choking because the flow is too much due to the extra holes. The bottles are so expensive to keep buying every month. They also leak a lot, I'm unable to breastfeed, and formula is so expensive. Feeding has turned into a huge task now due to the bottles. Waiting patiently for her surgery so we no longer have to keep buying them.

Bottle and nipple works well, however, when the valve fails you have to buy a whole new bottle, as I was not able to buy new valves as replacements.
